I am delighted you received your order in time for back to school. We work incredibly hard to get all orders out as quickly as we can which is why our team runs 24 hours a day 7 days a week even over the bank holiday weekend. I noticed that you ordered on the Saturday of the bank holiday weekend and we dispatched your order (with our Freepost) at the first available opportunity on the following Tuesday (there not being a post service on Saturday, Sunday and Monday).
I notice that you gave us 3 star for our customer service but only referred to the product. I would be ever so grateful if you could please let me know what improvements you think we could make in our customer service.

“Quick delivery and the products are as stated!
The website could be easier to use . I wanted to order 2 stampers for both my children. However I ended up having to do them as separate orders as every time I changed something it altered the item I'd already put in the basket.”

“service was good, however i am not sure of the product as it came out of wash easily, stamp came out after 1-2 wash, when i seek advice from customer service, i got very fast responses, but i don't think it really resolved my issue”
Hi,Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are pleased you think our service is good. As mentioned by customer service we suggest stamping on care labels and that's where the ink 'takes' best. The ink won't work on very bumpy/thick weaves. “The stamp is a great idea but it does wash off in the washer after two washers. I liked the idea of the stamp to save time but having to restamp after one or two washes is a pain. It is fine on tuber ware but not on clothing.”
Hi, Thanks for your feedback. We have had the ink tested by an independent laboratory and it will withhold 50 washes on a 40 degree heat on most fabrics but the fabric must be flat and smooth which is why we recommend stamping on care labels. Please note that if you are using stain remover in your wash this could be the cause as it may strip the ink out. I hope that helps :)Best wishesFrancesca
“I cannot give a realistic review as the stamp was bought to mark my mum's clothes as she was in a home with Alzheimer's and she died before we got a chance to test the stamp fully. Service and delivery however was fine. I no longer have school age children and so have no further need for a stamp so this one will end up in the bin. I cannot comment on durability etc.”

Hello, I am delighted that you think our service is great!I am sorry that you thought the rubber was applied wonky. The rubber is applied by hand. Our team do strive hard to apply as straight as possible. This should not have an impact on the ability to stamp accurately as the stamps are trasnparent.We would be happy to replace the stamps for you if you would like to return the orginals back to us. “Tr?s contente mais décue par une des ecriture que jai choisie pour un des 2 stamps. Elle ne parait pas si nette une fois posée alors que sur le website cela paraissait vraiment mieux. Je trouves donc que le prenom de ma fille n'est pas bien dechiffrable.”
“It looks nice, arrived quickly, customer service was good. BUT it washes out very quickly from some clothes, especially cotton - I asked if it will wash out and was told it won't, so that information was wrong.”
