I contacted customer service about a problem with my product. The ink washed off after 1 wash!! I have not heard back from them since an original email asking for my order number. I?m still waiting to have this resolved.... not impressed st all

Hi thereWe did contact you to ask for your order number and to kindly request for your order to be returned to us so we can investigate but regrettably you have not yet done so. As soon as you return your order we will be happy to investigate. Please note for best results we recommend stamping on care labels not directly on fabric and I suspect this is why the ink has washed off. The ink will last 50 washes on care labels withhout fading. It's been nearly two months, still haven't received the parcel. I have sent many emails to ask for help, but no one replyed. Now I just need a refund. If you can see this, pls email me back.

I have spent over ?20 for Ink and stamp. I expect it to be permanent stamp on children school stuff. Ink work well with cloth but not on plastics. All the stamps on lunch box, bottles, rulers were fade off. such a waste of money. If I knew that before I would not buy this product at all.

We are a small company run by 2 mums and rely on the feedback of our customers to make improvements so we really appreciate any feedback given :)  I noticed that you gave us a 1 star for service. We work incredibly hard to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and take great efforts to respond to emails, telephone calls, live chat and facebook messages as quickly as possible. I would be ever so grateful if you could please let me know your suggestions for how we can improve our service and I will discuss these with Emma.  I am afraid that we can't and don''t guarantee that the ink works on plastic, this is because different plastic manufacturers use different coatings.  Some customers report great results on plastic whilst others not. For best results we recommend stamping on care labels on school uniform.  The ink will last 50 washes on care labels. Please can you let me know how the ink has lasted on your care labels, if you have experienced any problems please do feel free to let me know and I will be happy to investigate further for you.  I have offered a refund as you are within your returns period but not heard back from you.  Best wishes Francesca

The stamp itself was ok but it didn't really make a big enough print and when I ironed anything the ink came off. Very disappointed.

They washed off from the cloths and if stamped on the washing tag you barely can read the name

Hi Thank for taking the time to provide us with Feefo review. As a small company run by two mums we really appreciate the feedback we receive.  We received your order on Saturday 2nd September at 11.09am and sent a confirmation email immediately at 11.09am. Your order was dispatched Monday 4th September at 2.22pm and we sent a shipping confirmation email at 2.24pm. I am so disappointed your order wasn't delivered by Royal Mail. As soon as we found out we emailed you to check your address.  As soon as we had your address confirmed we sent out another replacement order free of charge.  I did send a follow up courtesy email to check that your order arrived but have not received a reply. I trust this means that your order arrived and I'm sorry that Royal Mail did not deliver the first order. Best wishes Francesca

Not really impressed... children have been back at school 6 days now and I'm already having to restamp their school tshirts after being washed! It's not like they've worn the same tshirts 6 times either! Phoned up to speak to someone and was really fobbed off... 'stamp the clothes label and not the clothes' she said - don't remember reading that on there, sure it said it stamps anything!

Firstly the font is so so so much smaller than appeared on the example on the screen. Secondly it's very difficult to position the stamp in the right place in between the writing on the label. Keep ending up getting it over the writing above so it's illegible. And how do you stamp bottles!? I thought I could slowly stamp in a curve but what happens is that it smudges and again illegible. I think I'll have to go back to sticky labels :((((

We have a print function (just under the icons bit) where customers are encouraged to print their design. This way they can see how their design looks in actual size and match up to care labels to see if it fits. We will review this function this year and try and see how we can make the print function more visible to customers. As we mention in our FAQ's, we can't guarantee that the ink will work on plastic. Print washes out. Stamp rubs off most plastics. Very disappointed and gone back to iron on labels unfortunately.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm so sorry that your order hasn't arrived. We dispatched your order on 25th August. This summer we sent out thousands of orders and unfortunately we are dependent on Royal Mail delivering them safely. On the very odd occasion we do get orders go missing this way and unfortunately yours was one of them. I'm so sorry. It's incredibly frustrating for us too as we pride ourselves in our excellent product and service! Did you ask for a refund or email us to let us know it hadn't arrived? Obviously we can only give you a refund if you tell us it hasn't arrived, otherwise we assume you received your order and are happy stamping. We have since been in email contact and we have arranged for another set to be sent to you free of charge. It was dispatched on the 28th first class and you should have received it now (if Royal Mail are doing their job properly!) We are so sorry that your original order dod not arrive but hope you enjoy stamping with your new set! Best regards Francesca

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback via Feefo. As soon as we heard via Feefo that your order had not arrived in Australia we emailed you to try and establish where your order was. Upon searching the tracking number we discovered that your order had been returned to the UK as (according to Australian postal service) your postal address was incomplete because it contained a PO Box. We suggested that perhaps we could send out a replacement order to you at no further cost to yourself and I am really happy to hear that it arrived today. The second set took just 7 days to arrive. The first set has since arrived back with us! Thanks again for being so understanding. Best regards Francesca
