“The help with the artwork was good. I never received the items I ordered. Their system said it was complete when it hadn't been started (custom embosser). They apparently had a cyber attack earlier in the year which they've yet to resolve in their systems. I asked for a refund and am waiting to see if I receive it. I'd avoid and pay a bit more somewhere else.”

“Purchased a pottery stamp. Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to navigate website. Simple to upload bespoke image and manipulate to desired position on stamp face. Uncertainty with image orientation and addition of a handle to my order quickly and efficiently dealt with over the phone. Stamp delivered promptly and well packaged.
