“Be careful when buying in this store and in this brand, I have bought pants in this brand that are not 2 years old, I sent them to the warranty to have them repaired. It has supposedly been repaired. It has rained, the water has passed. I have sent it back for repair and they have told me now that it is wear and tear that cannot be repaired. I have spent a lot of money for this brand and this brand and they washed their hands, that is, that means that I have lost my money, be very careful with this brand and this store. And read very carefully, the guarantee the guarantee is supposedly 2 years old and supposedly it can be worn. I'm 6 years old and my pants are still not two years old and they are telling me that they cannot be repaired. Be very careful, do not believe in advertising or things like that because it is all a very strange thing.”

“I finally have the chance to buy a motorbike after I rode a bike last time in Italy. Sportbikeshop Bristol was suggested by a friend and Icwent straight there since I had to buy basically everything. Spencer was a fantastic guy, nice and professional. He listened to me and he immediately understood my needs. We had a very nice and technical adequate chat about equipment etc etc and he made me save a lot of time, filtering out all the items I didn't need. Basically, I bought a helmet, a jacket, gloves and my wife bought a jacket as well. All these items are as described and absolute matched my needs. I can't be happier and I will consider them as my first choice next time I will need something for the motorbike (and I will).”

“I have bought a good few things from SBS and have found them to be really efficient and with great service and products. But I ordered a leather jacket from them uk size ‘42’ and they sent me a size ‘34’ so I sent it back. And ordered a replacement. Unfortunately someone in the packing department just shoved the jacket back in the bag and sent the same uk ‘34’ … again. It was a uk size ‘42’ that I originally ordered and it’s still a uk ‘42’ that I need. If that was my company and I had this level of incompetence in my packing staff I’d be thinking about sacking somebody. You’ve lost £1,000 worth of order and a good customer.”

“I'm writing this to inform you of your disgusting service and shop in leeds Today I took trousers back for a 99 pound refund as your call handler neil told me I could get cash as was paid cash. When I got there after 1 hour drive I was told by some pregnant female on staff I could not. I'm absolutely furious and neil told me hed get back to me and sort something out for fual and lying to me. Nothing has been done I'm out of pocket it's not a error or mistake its joke your staff dont have any idea what there doing wont be using u again put reviews out and will be sharing my experience on social media as well as getting legal advice to do a claim for costs and refund. You should be disgusted and I hope your business wont last long . Mr caddick”

“just now Ordered a sena 10s dual pack. 1st unit received the mic on base 2 did not work. Returned the product which was replaced with a 2nd unit which the right speaker in base 1 was not working. Decided to cut my losses and order an interphone active which was spot on. However 7 days later I'm still waiting for the £285 refund. No communication or reply to any emails”

“Purchased a new controller for my heated gloves, my mistake and I didn't adjust for next day delivery. One email and delivery was amended. Great service, can definitely recommend and I will be using again.”

“Product purchased from the SportsBike Shop. I have contacted them and they have issued a returns label, but I will have to wait until I get some more trousers to be able to return them as I use them to commute. RST ATLAS CE TEXTILE JEANS So on Sunday Aug 2020 I was wearing my RST Atlas CE Textile Jeans when the heavens opened and I was caught in a very Very heavy downpour which lasted for well over an hour. Unfortunate my trousers leaked and I ended up with a wet backside. Fortunately it has been a warm summer, For the most part they have been good trousers for the bike, on this occasion most of my lower body remained dry but I’m not a fan of a wet bum. Bear this in mind if your looking for "WATER PROOF" trousers.”

“The ordered helmet showed signs of use (not too bad but annoying for an expensive helmet) and the pinlock was missing. I sent a claim with pictures but after 2 days still got no reply”

“order a drift camera & microphone on the 23-4-020 received it mid morning 24-4-020 excellent service and got both items for less than camera price.whats not to like about then. Very pleased with the Sports bike shop. Highly recommend.”

“I bought a Oxford Mondial jacket & had problems with the sleeve zips opening & closing. I took the first one back which was changed no problem. The second I had was fine for the first few rides then the problem returned, again returned the jacket & they offered a different jacket in place of the Oxford one. Each time I returned to the store in MK, they could not have been more helpful & courteous & I'd like to thank everyone involved, it's a rare thing these days to get such amazing customer service, long may it continue.”

“Whilst researching the best all round flip face helmets. we had visited different outlets to try on the helmets. Here we had an excellent experience with loads of information given regarding our choices. Shop is very well set out, no 'clutter' easy to walk around even for wheelchairs. There are also touch screens around the store to check other items and information. Staff are all very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The shop is dog friendly.... 2 dogs with owners whilst there. Drinks and seating area too. Visited twice after being able to order in different colours and types with no pressure to purchase. We successfully purchased 2 helmets at a lower price than was being sold at - due to price matching. Woo woo! These had to be ordered and were delivered to my door at no extra cost. TOP SELLER 5*****”

“Bought a helmet. Was too small and didn't like it. They accepted the return when it shouldn't have done because I removed half of the visor film. Spoke to sophie on the phone who was very helpful and reassuring, once the return was accepted I then ordered another helmet which turned up Monday morning and is perfect.”

“Order arrived very quickly, waterproof gloves ended up being a bit tight for comfort, the staff at sportsbike shop exchanged without fuss or cost for the next size and all is well, old fashioned quality service not often found these days, well done will be buying from them again.”
