Hire a professional hacker to get you access into their mobile phone. I suggest you contact SHAW for this and more. Never buy online from Sports Direct, ever! 1) They used Evri as their delivery service who from my experience are the worst parcel company in the UK. Even though, as requested, I took a photo of my safe place if I wasn't in, they still left it hanging out the letterbox! 2) Even though I bought the same style and size shirts as previously, this time they are too big! This has happened before with Sports Direct. Surely if you order the same product in the same size it should fit the same as previously, but no! 3) The fact that I had to pay for postage for delivery as well as return meant that I had paid out money but got nothing to show for it.

Extremely poor. Avoid. Sports direct sent me wrong style of shoes. Now want me to pay for Postage. Sports direct shop refuses to issue any kind of refund.

I placed an order for approx £181 and paid for next day delivery. My account showed parcel is with courier, the courier states the parcel is with Sports direct. When using online chat with Sports direct, they tell me there is a a warehouse issue. They won't refund me for items not received and won't deliver my items. They have robbed me blind and are getting away with it. Do not use Sports direct. Disgusting thieving service Sports Direct has breached the consumer rights act and still refused a refund. I have emailed their "cs" email over 200 times for my refund which are refusing to give and I still don't even have any products for something i paid next day delivery for almost a week ago. Further to this I have requested a cancel of my order due to their failures and to receive a refund - no refund provided and they keep stalling! I have started legal proceedings now and to top it off, I'm still being told to wait another few days, then another few days. they have stolen a large sum of money from me and failed to deliver goods paid for. Then they complain and refuse to refund when I request a refund for their failure to supply goods! This website is requiring proof of purchase to post a 'verified' review - unfortunately, I don't have goods as a proof as Sports direct have failed to deliver said goods or return my money to me for failure to supply purchased goods ( breaking the consumer rights act) and I will not post account numbers online To sports direct: you have my details already

I bought cheap item online. Sports direct added huge postage after transaction final stage without warning. I’ve spent 30 minutes trying to cancel and been told I can’t. Disgraceful. I will never spend with this company again. Customer service is non existent.

Didn't receive all ordered items, but sports direct claimed they were delivered. Went through all the customer service steps and they still refused to accept that the items were missing. We are talking small change ( 42 euro) and for a company of this size, all that can be said is that they are complete and utter robbers...shame on you sports direct

I paid the high price of £9.99 for Next Day Delivery for some urgent items. I received an email mid-day on the day the package was supposed to be delivered saying there was a delay and the entire package hadn't yet been processed. The support team offered a next day delivery code off my next order. I responded that this was not acceptable and I would not pay £9.99 for a service that was not delivered. I went on the online chat in order to speak to someone immediately about canceling my whole order as the delivery was time sensitive. The online bot took me to a human and then after less than 30 seconds (before I could even finish writing one sentence about my delayed order) the human support canceled the chat bot and kicked me out of the conversation. This is really terrible customer service. Do not offer services you can not fulfill. Do not ask customers to pay for services you do not fulfill. I should have been given options as to how I wanted my order handled. I should have been automatically refunded £9.99 and given free fastest delivery possible. I've only ordered from Sports Direct a number of times but I've never had a good experience.

Returned 3 pairs of sunglasses got a refund for £20.00 when It should have been £44 none of the sunglasses where £20 so how you arrived at this amount is beyond me ?The Advisor couldn't explain this either just avoiding my question . The advisor on the web chat advised me 2 boxes where empty on receipt . I argued I had put the sunglasses in the cases matching the style with the colour to ensure the correct glasses where in the right boxes! How can you prove that they haven't been lost in transit or taken by a colleague or delivery driver! I was told I must prove I sent them back. The Agent wasn't willing to help me any further and fobbed me off constantly asking me if there is anything else she could help with without resolving the issue or giving me a viable reason why the boxes where empty . Disgusting service . I will never use Sports Direct again !!!

Made an online purchase. Decided I wanted to return it. I messaged sports direct to ask if I could return it instore in a bid to avoid the 6.99 return charge. They said I could return to my local store for store credit. When I arrived at the store they said they don't accept online returns instore. I messaged again and asked for a free returns label for the mistake. They agreed to a code which I enter online. I followed their instructions to avail of a free return. However their options of what to select online wasn't available and a returns label was created without it making clear it was bring created. The returns label was one where I return of my own accord. It will now cost me over 40euro to return. I have since messaged 4 times to make a complaint and no one is replying. I will never use their store again. Online or local. Horrible experience all around and poor, lazy customer service.

Worst shop I have been to would score less but cannot very rude and aggressive treatment I went to return 2 items Friday was going to exchange but could not as tills had stopped working was told you can wait there or come back cannot do anything without till I said I could leave the items bar codes and they can do it when till was working but they said no just come back. So went back today the next size up did not fit so asked for refund to be told no you can buy something else or get credit note, so I said why can I not have refund it’s company policy it been like that for years but with attitude I asked to speed to manager the guy on till said yes he’s at front door I said there was 5 people when I came in he said the one with lanyard that said says sport direct on it when asked if he could call him he said no just go talk to him again aggressive attitude so I went to front door furthest point from tills Manager wasn’t there so asked another Game employee he said didn’t know but he will be back soon he thinks waited 15 minuets whilst waiting the original guy from the till walked past me 3 times looking directly at me on the 3 rd time said does the manager have a radio he said yes so I said well ask him to come to me then so he did whilst with me then walked off continuing to talk to him whilst walking away. Finally the manager came down straight away with aggressive attitude what’s the problem not how can I help I asked why can I not have refund he said never given refund in 16 years he has been there also saying it tells every one at the tills I said I didn’t see it so he showed me it’s in the smallest writing possible and not really obvious so I got credit note when I got it the lady said you can use it online as well took a look at the online but unless spending over £100 it costs £4.99 for delivery and £4.99 to collect in store ripoff so in conclusion I will never shop there again with the rude aggressive obstructive and most un-helpful staff

Order was delayed by a week due to an IT issue then was going to take 72 hours to sort out before another 72hours min to be sent. Forced to cancel. Online support was useless.

Negative experience with this shop. They sent the wrong item twice in a row. I'm trying to contact them to resolve the issue, they avoid my emails. It is frustrating to deal with this lack of customer service. I will never be shopping there again. The correspondence with their customer service has already been lengthy (with no response) and they publicly ask for contact and order details assuring "they should be able to look into this further for me".

Shoes soles disintegrated in 7 months returned to shop and was told that the warranty was only six months, so I couldn't a refund. This is false. The warrant is one year. Not satisfied.

I placed an order for six shoes 17 days ago, but it has been lost by Evri. Sportdirect's customer support said that they need 3-5 working days to investigate the order's situation with the courier. However, they didn't issue a refund or a replacement order after more than 2 weeks. I was dissatisfied with their customer service because these shoes were gifts, and I was forced to place and pay for another order, which caused me trouble.

🐺💒 Life has taught me so many lessons. No matter how good, humble and honest you are to them that doesn’t mean that they will treat you the same way. I married my husband for almost five years now with no idea that he was cheating on me.
