“Scam, take your money, don't have the items in stock They let you order something saying its in stock and will be shipped on a certain date, in my case 2nd or 3rd Dec so in time for Xmas... U hear nothing at all, finally I'm replied to and told its not in stock and it's "on the sea" so it won't be here for Christmas. Now it's too late to order elsewhere. Awful company. Basically said "we will refund you or you can wait" I will never ever use again and I'll be spreading the word too!”

“Hello , It’s despicable , made an order on 21/10/21 , delivery came only on 2/11/21 Items are not as I have purchased from them online, instead they send me cheap eBay gymnasts apparatuses not even matching the size of purchase…. Please never purchase for this company it’s a scam!”

“HIDEOUS service - the website allowed me to order items under the pretence they were in stock and ready to deliver. I ordered these at the beginning of November for a Xmas gift, reading delivery terms as approx. 3 working days-2 weeks and expecting potential COVID delays. After a month I'd had no correspondence about delivery or dispatch and my first enquiry email was ignored. When they finally got in touch with me they said "This is a delay... I doubt they will be here before Christmas" - how on earth is that acceptable? SO disappointing.”

“Reading some bad reviews I was a little dubious about ordering from Sport-Thieme, but I’ve got to say I’ve had a really good shopping experience. From the moment I contacted and placing my order with this company I have been very happy. Delivery and tracking was excellent, a separate receipt was delivered by post on the same day I received my order. Well done Sport-Thieme!”

“They contacted me to tell me that the item I ordered is coming in 3 weeks . I'm trying to update my review and it's not allowing me so far. Jasmin replied my email to confirm delivery in 3 weeks. I can't wait to finally receive my bodypump set, it was pricy! So once I receive my order I'll re write a review accordingly. They might be good after all. Let's wait and see.”

“They put items available to sell but their items are not available at all . Once you spent your money , they got you. I think l lost 230 pounds from this company item ordered in may ,still waiting for it and they do not answer emails . Im starting to think they are SCAMMERS! If so they should be closed , action taken. I'm still waiting for their reply , they are good at blaming covid for 6 month delay . BEWARE .”

“Really happy with the service received by Sport Thieme. The majority of my order arrived almost 3 weeks early. One item was missing, but after speaking to the courier and passing this back to Sport Thieme they sent out a replacement. The replaced item still arrived before the original due date. Great items, exactly as I wanted at a much more realistic cost to other online sites.”

“I ordered a pair of Lebert Fitness Parallettes Push Up Bars on Monday, they arrived on Friday the same week without any problems whatsoever. Because I saw the negative reviews about some other customers' experiences, I called the Customer Support before ordering anything to make sure that the company is genuine, and they have the item in stock. The lady on the phone was very helpful, reassuring and professional. My experience was great.”

“I ordered a studio weight bar with locks to go with it. Paid by bank transfer. Big mistake. Company refused to admit they'd had the money even when my bank confirmed it had been sent to their account. As it was the only company who stocked the correct sized bar for my weights I stupidly ordered a replacement whilst waiting for my bank to resolve the 'lost' funds. Sport Thieme sent me the wrong bar and correct locks. They offered a refund as it would be too much to replace. They have just refunded me 44.50 from the order which totaled 63.57. Not surprised that they're not refunding me. Without a doubt, the WORST company I have ever ordered anything from (and I do a lot of online shopping). Order from somewhere else. This company is a total nightmare to deal with.”

“Waited almost 2 months for an item. Was constantly being told it would come soon. Today I was told I would have to wait another 2 months so cancelled my order. Despite this, the company website still shows the items as being in stock which is unfair and disingenuous.”

“Hopeless. Website is quirky and wouldn’t accept any of the credit cards I entered when I attempted to place an order. I had asked them about the spurious £5 processing fee they add at the last minute and got a nonsense reply as some way of justification, but you need to pay this as well as the OTT postage charges if you want to buy anything. If you can get what you need elsewhere I would.”
