Absolutely awful customer services, I saw the reviews to stay away but I thought for the price how bad can it be…. The man who said to stay from this site. Sorry for not listening to you…. STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HELATH AND SAFETY.. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. GO SOME WHERE ELSE BELIEVE ME THIS COMPANY ARE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR TIME…. Honestly I contacted customer services twice and they chose to ignore me. If they contact me after this review, they can go do one

Awful experience with this company, avoid like the plague !Bought a trampoline in the first lockdown which arrived late with no confirmation email so had no idea when it would arrive. Sent numerous emails finally heard back and trampoline arrived. Now had to contact for some spare parts. Email, after email sent with no reply. Finally got back to me with an invoice saying the had the parts and to pay then yet again disappeared. No response from daily emails, actually managed to get through to customer service who was unhelpful, rude and then put the phone down on me when I questioned the poor service!! Would never recommend this company!

Dire customer service. I purchased a treadmill online which was delivered less than 4 weeks ago. After 3 weeks it stopped working. I emailed their customer service department and also sent a video if the faulty treadmill. No response. I’ve asked for a new treadmill to be delivered and the faulty one picked up. Again no response. I’ve even explained my personal circumstances hoping that might get me a reply. Again, still no response. I’m going to request a chargeback from my bank if I’ve not heard anything by the end of today. Really bad customer service and wouldn’t recommend.

We purchased a pool table for disadvantaged children back in October and it fell apart within 6 months. The balls were far too heavy and the table was made out of cheap material that could not handle the weight of the balls so the bottom just fell out. We took the table apart to fix it several times and then we decided to ask for a replacement as it was within warranty. We were offered a replacement but told there were none in stock. A few emails later they retracted the offer of a replacement as the warranty was void if it was not "for home use". The pool table is unusable, made of flimsy material and absoloutely shockingly manufactured for the price of the item. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Avoid!! Purchased a trampoline at the end of March for our daughters birthday.. It arrived late and when we came to build it found that we couldn't. 3 sections of the frame were missing along with (unbelievably) the jump mat and a broken clip that holds the safety net up. Long story short they say they have ordered the parts, we haven't received a tracking no and in spite of numerous emails they have gone quiet. Conveniently their call centre is closed due to 'Covid' so communication is less than satisfactory. I have asked for our complaint to be escalated to a manager and for them to contact me regarding collection of the faulty item and a refund.. I should not have to pay to return a faulty item. If they resolve the issue I will change my review but having now read some of the others I'm not holding my breath..

Received a faulty spin bike from them. They are slow to response to emails, rude and repeat themselves by copy and paste even when their answer is not relevant. Went through a whole process of asking to return the faulty bike for a full refund to which they advised it is not faulty and I could only reject under their 14 day cancellations process. To do this, it means I have had to dismantle the faulty bike, then pay £45 to return the bike by courier to which they will deduct money for usage and that the bike can’t be returned back to stock and resold. I have repeated myself countless times that as it is faulty they should cover the return fee and that it cannot be resold to a new consumer as it is FAULTY and needs to be returned back to the manufacturer. Additionally, they have asked for videos of the bike in use to show the faults so they are fully aware it will show signs of use as all of the packaging has been opened to be able to build the bike. Therefore they are trying to cover themselves by all ways possible to not provide a refund or if they do the smallest amount possible. If they do this to you DO NOT accept it. Under the consumer rights act then onus is upon them the retailer to prove the bike is not faulty and not the other way around. Despite my multiple attempts to be amicable and supply them with everything they asked, they are still denying acceptance that the bike is faulty, unusable and that they should be accepting a return and refunding me in full. Avoid the company and avoid purchasing as if you have any problems with the item you’ll end up stuck like me and instead having to go through your bank for a refund. Awful awful company that do not understand UK consumer law.

AVOID - con artists and no customer service! I placed an order for a £200 pool table. I ordered it well before their ‘3pm deadline’ for next day delivery. However, I emailed them immediately after ordering (which they tell you to do on their website!) and stated that if it couldn’t be delivered the next day I would need to cancel my order (it was a birthday present) I didn’t even receive an order confirmation until 10 hours later, then received an email the next day stating they had just despatched the item, despite me asking them to cancel. A series of incredibly rude emails back from them, declaring they don’t cancel orders once placed and that you shouldn’t place an order with any expectation of a delivery date (despite them splashing next day delivery all over their website). In their words ‘i wish you luck as we have done nothing no other company would do, Its job I.E dispatching your order that has been placed’ They are incredibly rude, with no customer service. Conveniently all their phone lines are out of action, they blame covid but there’s no reason these shouldn’t be operational. The order arrived, 3 days late.. my son was incredibly excited, so despite my concerns we accepted the order. The pool table is extremely badly damaged in several places and hasn’t even left the box. I have no doubt this was already damaged prior to dispatch and this whole company is a con. They are now ignoring all my emails and left me no choice but to contact trading standards and attempt to get my money back through my credit card company. Please please do not order from this company!! Order number 400048545

Scam company, avoid at all costs, they will send damaged items and then ask you to pay for them to be returned. Unusable treadmills, please go elsewhere.

Disgrace, Obtuse, Rude, Thieves, Lies , This Company should be taken out of circulation with immediate effect, I have reported them for fraud and false advertising. I suggest they are a one man band ASH! who disgustingly hides behind the excuse of a global pandemic in relation to zero communication, DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT AND SUFFER MENTAL EXAUSTION IN ATTEMPTING TO RETRIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FROM THIS THEIFE.

Wouldn't let me give 0 stars as that's what I would give. Bought a spin bike in May 2020. By October the pedometer stopped working. Company take ages to respond to emails and suggested we took the bike apart to fix it ourselves. You can't get into the frame of the bike to even look to see where the pedometer is attached. They still insisted we try and fix it ourselves. I bought a cadence monitor which works fine linked to my phone so I can see what I'm achieving in my work out. Now the pedal arm is constantly falling off causing physical harm. I have to tighten the pedal arm now each time I use the spin bike as it keeps coming off. Yes you've guessed it poor communication from this rubbish company. Would never buy from them again and would 100% never recommend them. Shoddy goods with appalling customer service.

My indoor bike arrived Friday gone, in a damaged box and retaped. Half the bike missing. Now have sent the messages to them and no response. So angry. Says call customer service to arrange returns. Noone there as message says email only. Don't know what to do as all working from home and clearly don't want to deal with it😡😡😡😡absolute rubbish company.will wait in anticipation to return and for refund. Don't recommend at all.

Bought my bike Friday night at 8.30pm, was sent an email confirming sale and told would receive another when it was dispatched. Monday it was dispatched Tuesday received another telling me it would be delivered that day which it did. Fantastic service and communication

I've bought the Strength Master 409 three station home gym which has come with awful instructions and incorrect hex bolts. I have since requested and am waiting for the hex bolts I require. If further issues arise I will be seeking a full refund. I do not recommend buying from this company.

Agree with the below comment. Wish i had researched reviews on this company before purchasing my spin bike. Broke within a month, annd have been emailing back and forth for the past month trying to sort out replacement parts. They take ages to respond. Absolutely appaling.

Bought a golf trolley in November 2019- screen broke and power button broke within one month of using, I am still e-mailing back and fourth now trying to get parts replaced. Cheap, poor communication and scam company! Avoid at all costs- they are cheap for a reason, do not use!!

Worst, worst and worst. No words to describe. Ordered treadmill £220 and its not working. Emailed them so many times and they reaponded after 20 days and they are doing time pass by asking waste questions. Its almost 2 months the treadmill is lying without use and they are not bothered. Dont buy any product from these cowboy sellers. Your money will be wasted.

I ordered an exercise bike from this company. This arrived fairly quickly to be fair but had a couple of parts missing which are vital to using it. So far I have emailed them 3 times to ask for advice or the missing part. I have had no response and after reading other reviews I am less than optimistic I will receive what I require. Terrible/non existent customer service at would avoid this company in the future and recommend others avoid them as well, dubious company to say the least!!

As mentioned before ( apart from malfunction of your payment part of your site) Bike had slight scratches – can live with that but you did nothing about the ripped net and broken handle to adjust height. Further to that there is a brack in the bottom (probably same time the handle got damaged in transit) that I did not notice it meant water leaked out slowly and it was blow over in the wind smashing a chair and flattening the hoop! I will wait 48 hours for a reply before I do anything as I have tried to be understanding due to the current circumstances.
