“This is the second course I have attended with SPOCE and I would highly recommend them as a course provider. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and have relevant industry experience which comes across in the training sessions. There is also always someone to contact to resolve any queries about materials, course details etc.”

“I decided Spoce as my choice of course provider to ready me for Prince2 foundation and practitioner. Having never been in any form of business environment, I found the course to be excellent. The instructor's knowledge was incredible and his teaching method very good in helping me to understand what I found to be a very complex subject. The materials were all sent on time and the work books are excellent. The pre course work sent out before the course is easy to follow and certainly helps anyone who's never had exposure to the business world. I achieved a pass on both my exams and this has set me up nicely to enter a new career. The support staff are also always readily available and very helpful in any way you should require. I would not hesitate to recommend Spoce to anyone who's looking to undertake Project Management courses. I will be using again for any further training.”

“Excellent customer service from Jean-Paul! Jean-Paul was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding PRINCE2 registration and training. “Learning at your convenience, what a brilliant idea to record training session and then use that as a training tool for those of us who work during the week and want to develop our careers and knowledge. “SPOCE have been very professional in their approach and course delivery. The comprehensive explanations during the course have been enabling to truly understand the new matters as oppose to just memorizing descriptions. “Arranging the customised PFQ preparation course through Jean-Paul was very easy and although were under some time pressure with little flexibility on dates he couldn’t have been more accommodating. Administrative support has been very responsive throughout which has been a huge help. The training itself was delivered as agreed, going through the PFQ exam preparation material with sufficient additional room for application of the material specifically to our company’s context. Would recommend.”

“Good trainer. He went through pretty much the whole of the Prince2 Agile manual in 3 days. A lot to get your head around if you are new to PM but the trainer made the content digestable and used real life accounts to help absorb the information. The trainer also provided handy tips on exam prepartion. this course is massively content heavy and you need to be prepared for that, including evening reading / tasks to do. Overall it was good and I now hold a certificate in Prince2 Agile (FDN).”

“The course was good and well presented. Maybe a little slow for me but you have to take into account all learners so I understand this. I would like to suggest that in future the exams are embedded in the course like they are in face to face sessions, it's difficult finding time outside of that to do the exams.”

“Great project resources. I found online workshops difficult, very intense subject for 3 days. I also found the mixed content of foundation and practitioner confusing and would have preferred a focussed course on the foundation qualification.”

“The online learning materials were helpful, however, there should be a short written introduction at the start of the module to advise on techniques for getting through the material and how this relates to the exams. E.g. timings, process for booking exams, recommendation to take the Foundation first, etc. Meanwhile, the customer services team could be more helpful when booking exams as the process is very complicated as you rely on a third party (People Cert). At times I was given conflicting information from different people, which led to me having to spend more money on buying a licence extension. If possible, the entire process should be simplified with more transparency about the rules for activating exam vouchers, rebooking exams, and the costs associated. Overall, there should be more guidance available to the learner to reduce the burden on them having to find out all this information while trying to focus on getting through the course materials.”

“I would have preferred to attend a face to face course. Due to the rules around Covid 19 at the time this was not an option. However, the online tutor was both knowledgeable and an excellent communicator, who managed the course well. i would recommend SPOCE to anyone looking to undertake both the Foundation and Practitioner exams. It must be a good course as I passed both first time. Thank you.”
