“Not happy. Courier uk mail didn't deliver my tyre until 27th Dec but was ordered on 16th. Rang to sort with eco tyres on 21st was told they would ring me back as would send another tyre through different courier as i was desperate but had to speak to manager first but never heard anything....”

“We ordered tyres online with the special specification, however we have not received the tyres we actually ordered. The online advertized tyres´ specs were ( 205 55 16 TEK02 91W) fuel B rainB noise70. But we have been told that they are unable to provide us with the tyers( with above specs). Really disappointed.”

“Leicester branch gave us a price in total once they repaired the wheels they switched that total price to price per wheel... absolutely s*** customer service”

“Absolute con artists!! They tried to get me to spend another £180 on suspension works, so I took to a trusted mechanic who told me the things they were pointing out are supposed to do what they were fighting to be wrong with the car. Would never use again!”

“Absolute waste of time, organised Wheel refurbishment 2 months in advance. When arrive NO WHEELS to fit car, stated they would get back to me the next day but NO CONTACT AT ALL. now Five weeks gone by and still not contact. Had Wheels done elswhere would not recomend them to anyone do not waste your time.”

“I had To take my car back 4 times 1st time to have it retracked and 3 times because the tyre was deflating and needed to be pumped up every week on one occasion I got charged an extra £10 for sealer after telling me this would sort it(but didn't)I lost patience and took it somewhere else who informed me there was a big leak on the inner rim which was sealed probably best £20 spent cause it sorted all my problems with the tyre.”

“Had to cancel the tyres as my car had broken down, tried to call no answer was left holding on the phone for 15 mins each time i tried to call. E-mailed them to inform them that i wish to cancel and that I was unable to get through. I received a call and was advised that a refund would be in my bank in a few days. I have not received the refund as of today. Amazingly bad service.”

“Ordered 2 tyres, thought it would take 2 days to come, took 6 days, on-the-go 5th day got an email saying order was complete, phoned them explained what happened, they aid they would investigate and get back to me, about 30 minutes later got another email with a tracking number, no explanation, didn't know whether they thought I'd had the tyres or not, tried phoning again never got any answer at all, so emailed them explaining everything, telling if they wasn't delivered by the end of that day I wanted a full refund, within about 5 minutes the managers was phoning me apologising for everything, there was amid up with my delivery and they had been reordered and gave me his email address to let him know when they arrived,so he could give me some discount for my trouble, I've emailed him twice no response, so buyer beware.”

“The wheels fitters have terrible attitude and very poor quality. They are to lasy to clean the wheel hub with the wire brush and cos of that they struggle to fit the wheels. After I see what they doing I decided to help them before they gonna broke thread on my bolts. When I back home I decided to check the pressures and I find 10 psi different between both rear tyre's. Obviously when I told them what pressure should be in my wheels they said that they know what to do.”

“I had booked the change of tyres at 2pm arrived at the correct depot to find that they didn't have my booking, but did have the tyres, was told to comeback in an hour,which I did and nothing had been done! So had to wait a further 45 minutes, then whilst driving on a A road my car swayed, I noticed that one of the replacement tyres had been inflated to 52 psi.. instead of 33, which could have resulted in me having a bad crash!!”

“FAILED TO SEND VAT INVOICE EVEN AFTER EMAILING TWICE TO REQUEST IT.STILL HAVEN'T GOT A VAT RECEIPT WHICH WE ASKED TO BE SENT WITH THE TYRE OR EMAILED”
