Price wise you guys cant be beaten, the only issue I have is that the tyre place that fitted the tyres could not get them properly balance so I have a wobble at speed not sure if its the tyres or the place that fitted them, so its gonna cost me extra to try and get them balanced correctly,

Arrived at 10.30 for an 11.00 slot to have alloy wheels supplied and fitted. I had previously ordered and paid in advance. The wheels were supplied with the wrong bolts and was told "we have a problem". Bearing in mind that I had travelled a round trip of 46 miles I wasn't happy being told "we" have a problem. Your manager then rang round and found some bolts locally which I appreciated and the wheels were fitted after an approx total time of 2.5 hours. When I got home I inspected the wheels and found that the fitter had left his greasy hand marks all over them. Not great service. After polishing the wheels I am now very happy with them.

Decent tyres at a decent price though beware they didn't replace my wheel trims properly afterwards therefore 10 miles later down the road they were gone...!

Birmingham Branch. Booked appointment for 11.00am. When I arrived was asked to book another date, as they were busy. I said that was not an option and was asked to park outside. Whilst park near the entrance, another vehicle drove in and was being attended to when I was asked to pull in behind it. I waited until this vehicle had 2 wheels changed, then I had to reverse out to let the other vehicle out. I then drove my car back in and was shown to the display area in front of building. Eventually I made my way back to workshop where my tyres were being fitted. \I asked the fitter to put 33psi in the tyres. When I arrived home, I checked the tyre pressures, they all read 48psi. I am not impressed. The workshop was so dark, that my automatic headlights came on when I entered. It is not a safe place to work with the poor lighting. I would not recommend this tyre fitting depot to anyone. I have not received a receipt for my payment for this work.

I was not greeted very nicely and felt I was in the way. I asked for the wheel being changed to be put on the front but they said that they did not have the equipment to do that, which I find hard to believe. I think a little customer service training is required

Good price , quick delivery but let down by wait during fitting . Had a 5pm appointment but my car was not even touched until just before 6pm. I don't see the point of giving an appointment when people are just seen when they turn up in queue . You might as well say am or pm .. just turn up and you will get seen when we get to you.

Prices were good, booked in for 2pm only to be informed fitters were on lunch till 2:30pm so had to wait then I asked if my tyres were legal but the man could hardly talk english he had to get another person to translate but his English was just as bad, I would use them again but would enquiry about there dinner time

1. Price - new tyres+fitting+tracking - the best I could find 2. Fitting & tracking service - very good. Professionals. Car drives very well. 3. Appointment slot - the owner told me to come later, because there was a 30min waiting time. So forget about them serve you at your chosen time. I've waited about 20mins, the fitter was helpful. Then I have waited over an hour for tracking! Looks like there is a lot of disorganisation. The owners friends have priority, which should never happen if you value your customer. This put me off a bit and I'm not sure whether I would use them again. Tracking guy was very good and did his job well.

Good online deals only let down by communication between themselves and fitting outlet and then customer. Booked fitting for 10am at Birmingham/Newtown outlet arrived to be told tyres hadn't been delivered, did offer alternative from stock but not as good as ordered, left contact number to rearrange fitting once tyres arrived but end up phoning them 4 hour's later , to be told" oh, yes there here , come in anytime". Would use again for price but use different outlet and phone before leaving to ensure no hassle, courtesy costs nothing!!!!!!!!!

Even though I had booked an appointment they didn't seem to know I was coming. I am currently waiting to collect the wheel again, as I had to take it back with it slowly going down. It was found to be a crack in the alloy wheel, which to be honest I think should have been noticed when the new tyre was fitted.

Well I left with the tyre i'd pre-booked, so that was successful. Done quickly and for a good price. The whole experience in the shop wasn't so nice. There were no obvious signs telling you where to go, it was hard to tell who worked there and who didn't and nobody approached me for quite a while to see why I was there. A little bit of improvement and signage would improve the overall experience.

Ordered two tyres online for delivery and fitment at an appointed time a few days later. I received an acknowledgement email confirming the time and date. When I turned up for fitting, I was told that the tyres hadn't been delivered and that they wouldn't arrive until the day after. This wasted my time and being self-employed, cost me money. I had them fitted the next day - it would have been nice if something had been offered as an apology, such as free tracking, but nothing. Not the best of service.

Lads who fitted tyres brill .management weren't bothered because Tyre sourced on line had to go there three times before they were in Stock to be fitted
