“I received my order today. The bags are the wrong size! Instead of 239 X 186 as stated on your invoice the bags measure 150 X 205. Also they are made of the wrong material. Greeting card bags are made of cellophane whereas these are thicker polythene, which is totally unsuitable. I cannot use them and will be contacting you as soon as possible for a refund. I am very disappointed! Pam Grimmond I am pleased to report that Speedypack have given me a refund for the goods and the P&P. Thank you. Pam Grimmond”

Hi Thankyou for your review. We offer next day delivery on all of our goods if they are in stock, The items you ordered were in stock however we do have a cut off time of 15.00 for next day delivery.
