“We unfortunately employed a plumber who had no experience in fitting underfloor heating. Speed Screed were brilliant. They didn't just install the screed and walk away, they advised me each step of the way about what was wrong with the system that had been installed and how to put the faults right. Thanks to them my underfloor heating is now installed correctly. They are a very professional company that really know their stuff and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“I really regret not using Speed Screed Ltd to install my screed. I went with a cheaper quote and now I'm having issues with the screed which the installers are basically taking no responsibility for, I now have to spend more money to remedy the issues. Even though I didn't use Speed Screed, I reached out to them for advice and they have been extremely helpful, giving highly professional advice. I guess this is what you can expect when they have "been in the business for over a decade as they say, insurance backed, and comes with a 10 year guarantee on the product and installation" - I wish I had listened to them when they mentioned to me. Don't take a risk and regret it, I have learnt that cheap is not the best option!”

“This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Please stay away from the firm they will mess up your screed and the levelling was absolutely terrible nothing was level and caused my a lot of money. Please be careful out there.”

“Hello, I have moved into my property 3 years ago and encountered a screed issue. After referring this to the Architect it was deemed that matter is referred to the Screed supplier (Speed Screed Ltd). I referred the matter to them, please note that they never inspected the property or visited it to confirm what the issue was and just responded by saying it was due to impact. I am disgusted that no one even visited my property to examine this and the Architect had confirmed it was a bad batch that was laid but they do not want to know. I am in the process of seeking legal advice and contacting the SMAS. Please see the attached photos”

“This was the second time I have used Speed Screed, for a flow screed over underfloor heating. Lots of communication and advice from start to finish through phone calls and emails. Great site team nothing too much trouble. Superb finish, with no cracks. Turned up on time and left site clean and tidy afterwards. Would definately recommend to others.”

“Service was very good, Dyan called several times during the project to make sure everything was progressing smoothly. The fast set screed was pumped in and laid in just a few minutes by the team. Being very liquid it has dried dead flat and level, ready for electric underfloor heating and tiling once it has fully dried. I was able to walk on it after 24 hours. This was a pricey option as we also installed 50mm insulation,but you get what you pay for. Happy to recommend this company. Photo is just after the screed was laid.”

“These guys did a superb job of our ground floor liquid screed. I had been nervous about it because obviously its a landmark in any project and also it is an expensive undertaking we can’t ever afford to get wrong. The pour took around 45mins and the guys were immaculate; timely and offered good advice where and when needed. They left my home clean and washed any residue from my drive. Advice is excellent and impartial, non-pushy and relevant. All the members of the team, Dyan, Adam, Dal and the guys who helped with the pour have an excellent customer focus and I would not hesitate in recommendIng them for any screed work.”
