“First class service from sparklers, when I received the sparklers they were all bent and broken in the post, I sent them a photo of them and I got a new pack the following day with express postage. Highly recommended.”

“I ordered sparklers for my friend's wedding and they did not work, not a single one. I then contacted the company for a refund (which is the least they can do) and did not receive any. Will never order from this company again.”

“I would love to write about the product but it NEVER ARRIVED! After the first week I contacted the sales asking for the delivery update. Been told the goods got lost by post and I've been offered re-delivery. After another at least a week of waiting I've contacted the sales again. This time I was asking for refund as it was clear I will never receive the goods in time. I never heard back since. I just had my first baby when all this was going on and didn't have the time chasing this up and I have paid in full for something I never received and nobody bothered to get back to me!”

“I needed something to look like a fuse on a bomb for a drama. This did the job quite well and felt safe to use and handle. If the sparkler is bent for any reason it is likely that the coating will crack. The burning then stops at the crack. It is not a problem if they are handled with care.”

“The sparkler was for my friend's hen party cake - when sparkler was lit, it lasted about 30 seconds!!!!! Hardly enough time to get from restaurant kitchen to our table. Waste of money!!”

“The products themselves were good, they did exactly as I would have expected. So happy with this. I thought the website could have been a little more user friendly and when I sent back a product, as I'd ordered the wrong size, it took nearly a month to get my refund. It seems like they simply forgot. The communication from the company was good via email though, so I would recommend them for purchases.”

“Firstly the wrong order was sent (16" sparklers, instead of 18" sparklers). I informed the company via email and received a polite response, but it was not very professional in format. I was asked to return the sparklers, so the correct order could be sent out. This can not be done using normal postal services as sparklers are classed as "explosive items". I was left quite embarrassed in the post office when, with a queue behind me, I was told they wouldn't take them from me. Eventually I returned the sparklers, and the 18" ones were sent out to me. Upon measuring the combustible material on the 18" sparklers, it was discovered there was a similar amount (if not slightly less) on the 18" sparklers than on the 16" sparklers! Essentially the 18" had 2 extra inches of grip space, not combustible material. Because of the hassle of complaining about receiving the wrong order originally, I didn't want the annoyance of complaining a second time. So essentially I've paid more for the 18" sparklers, than I would have for the 16" sparklers, for no extra benefit.”
