“Customer services were very helpful. After a batch of parcels went missing they rearranged a replacement to be sent with a few freebies to make up for the delay. I can’t fault the service.”

“25 minutes ago Ordered 100 sparklers for my kids to give to their friends for bonfire night, I placed the order 11am 2 days before bonfire night to alIow plenty of time and paid £10 for overnight delivery with their order before 3pm for next day delivery option. The sparklers did not turn up I was not notified at all regarding delays I called twice but got fobbed off with we cant access the details both times. I emailed and eventually got a response the day after bonfire night saying the overnight delivery I paid extra for is not guaranteed and it says so in their terms and conditions. I asked for my delivery costs to be refunded as it was the not the courier at fault but sparklers.co.uk but this was of course denied. My advice is avoid this company at all costs they have no customer care whatsoever and simply do not care in the slightest.”

“Ordered sparklers for an event, paid for next day delivery. Sparklers didn't arrive on time, but the day after. It meant I had to get more sparklers from a supermarket. Asked whether I could get a refund for the delivery costs but was told its the delivery companies fault and they take no responsibility. Very poor customer service. I will never order here again!”

“Order was sent on the day despite ordering before 3PM. Paid for next day delivery and they still haven't been dispatched 2 days later. Customer services don't reply. Company isn't so much of a sparkling firework company but more of a damp squib.”

“Awful! Paid extra costs for next day delivery and didn’t arrive. Was blamed by the rude sales director that I’d caused this. No apologies or refunds. I’m seeking legal advice and will warn anyone not to use this company!”

“Order didn’t arrive, 450 sparklers ordered for a community school bonfire. 100 disappointed kids! Almost, our Local Tesco had sparklers in stock. Company have blamed Royal Mail but refuse to send a tracking number... have asked for a refund no response! Avoid this business!!!”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID I have ordered sparklers for a friends wedding and paid extra for next working day delivery - which was a Thursday. Enquired on Friday on the status of my order and was told they would ring me back, which did not happen. The parcel was only delivered on Monday which was too late for the Saturday Wedding. I agreed with the company to return the order via their chosen courier myHermes for a full refund. I was told to send it to a home address rather than a business address. Now the seller claims the parcel was not received and refuses to refund even though the parcel was signed for at the stated address. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”

“This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Don't be fooled by their professional website, they are the most unprofessional, useless and negligent people. They sent out the wrong order and after contacting them numerous times I have still not received a refund. They just seem like an unorganised joke of a company, I really don't know how they are still afloat!”

“abolutley would not recommend using this igronant business. happy enough to take your money. i recieved personalised cards but no sparklers which should have been included. habe emailed 4 to 5 times and have had not one reply. absokutley disgusted. i only lost about 14poumds but some people may loose a lot more. i hope you just ready the reviews before you buy of these scandals. they are nothing but Thieves. Dont be fooled like me”

“They delivered the Sparklers to the wrong address and refused to co-operate with me when I tried to retrieve them. Despite my consumer rights they dismissed any responsibility and wouldn’t even contact the delivery company on my behalf. I was left with no product but they took all the money. I I have used them on another occasion and Sparklers arrived in an paper envelope, which is an illegal method of delivery for an explosive. They are law breakers and Thieves.”

“The candle exploded and burnt the ceiling of my son's kitchen! Suffice to say, I totally regretted buying this candle 'on trust' (despite my initial reservations of sparkling candles) as not only is it evidently a liability 'indoors'; it frightened my poor little 3 year old Grandson (inclusive of his Mum lighting the candle as she stood back helplessly as it scorched her ceiling!) The safety of these candles need to be reviewed immediately, as they are an 'accident waiting to happen'! My damage to the ceiling is one thing, but I am praying that my little Grandson will not be emotionally scarred for life, from this regrettable experience! Had I lit this in my 2nd floor flat, I dread to think of the consequences and for this reason and the fact that I could not find an address for the CEO of the company online; I have written this review."”

“Long handled gold sparklers were a great success and popular at our wedding. First Rate. However, The 'R & M' letter sparklers were useless as none would light. We used a blow lamp to try to light them but they were just junk. Dissapointing at our Rita & Malcolm Wedding.”

“Good price to make a bulk purchase of sparklers for my upcoming wedding in November. Only negative is the parcel arrived by courier with no name label on it, which was a bit odd - especially as it was delivered to my work address so it was a bit of guess work who the parcel belonged to!”
