“Very pleased with the bath. Although I cannot stress enough how important it is to check your goods before accepting delivery as the drivers just shove their delivery notes in your face as soon as their on your drive .”

“Very helpful lady , did have a problem with delivery they expected me to be available for delivery less than 48hrs notice , l couldn’t get time off that quickly from work explained this and the lady said well they will deliver on this day regardless of me being there.p and then started threatening that l had signed a contract which funny enough they had been sending me several emails asking for the signed contract as they hasn’t received this even though l sent it 3 times, this is why l didn’t book the day off!! obviously l was upset with this so l spoke to the manager, this lady was more understanding and booked the delivery for a day later when l could get the day off , just a shame l had to speak to a manager for someone to treat this reasonably!! Can’t comment on bath yet as not installed, hopefully will be pleased once fitted.”

“We had an initial glitch with the delivery date of the order that threatened to cause big delays with our bathroom remodel. But once I brought it to their attention, the folks at Whirlpool Bath put the pedal to the metal and rushed production on our bath. Overall, we are quite please with the product and glad we took the advice of their sales rep to upgrade to the sturdier model. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.”

“The bath was a good price and the quality seems excellent. We really love the chromotherapy light. The ordering and delivery process was efficient. The information provided is a bit sketchy. After three or four uses, one of the foot jets stopped working and we emailed for advice. It took four days to receive a not particularly helpful reply, essentially saying it was not the fault of The Whirlpool Bath Shop. We did manage to resolve the problem ourselves but we had been careful installing and cleaning the bath so it is concerning that the jets block so easily and the after-sales support was disappointing.”

“Bath arrived two days after original delivery date due to missing components/electronic control issues!, not really sure which. Delivery driver dropped off the pallet right by the front door but is not to keen to wait while I inspected the product for damages as they have other deliveries to complete, he had no option however as I refused to sign for delivery until I carried out a cursery inspection. Bearing in mind I was on my own at the time of delivery and the bath is tightly wrapped and strapped to two pallets think that as a supplier you should allow a more reasonable amount of time for the goods to be taken off the pallets and indoors for a more thorough inspection before absolving yourselves of any liability for damage incurred in transportation. However product looks great, nice quality, awaiting installation so functionality not yet known. Perhaps an alternative delivery should be considered i.e. two man assisted delivery and unpacking/inspection.”

“Ordering was so straight forward. Digital form signimg imstructions were clear and all the confirmation emails contained all that was needed in imtallatiom and upkeep instructions. Telephone calls to staff were dealt with in a friendly manner. Item arrived well packed but slight problem with the courier. All installed now and working well.”

“I can’t fault the service of the whirlpool bath shop. We have had a few issues - the bath we originally chose could not be delivered due to a supplier issue but a new one was sourced and delivered just a day later than planned and we were kept informed of this at all times. A couple of the jets kept coming off 1 of these were easily fixed with a phone call, one just needed screwed in a little better and the other a few replacements were sent out and arrived the next day. I am now extremely happy with our bath and the excellent customer service we have received.”

“Great customer service. There was an issue with my order but was resolved quickly and staff were keen to ensure I was happy with the service. Would use again. My only issue was I was told I would get a cleaning kit and oils as a goodwill gesture, however only received the small oils sample. Did not receive the cleaning kit as yet.”
