“We started using South West Hygiene in the middle of 2022 and so far have received reliable and professional service, and have had no issues to date. The team were very helpful from enquiry stage to set up of the service.”

“We have used South West Hygiene now for 8 years and have no complaints. The operative (one particular lady who services our facilities) is always cheery and chatty. Support from the office (although very infrequent) is always good. Thank you.”

“I had reason to call South West Hygiene unfortunately without having knowledge or history of the subject I called about! My first point of call was Sales, and my second Servicing, both Lynn and Tracy were outstanding in their professional but very friendly manner, and were incredibly patient, understanding and helpful. It is rare in this day and age to experience such good customer service, and I can only commend South West Hygiene on both their employees and service.”

“My experience as a new customer to south west hygiene has been very positive so far- no overselling on frequency of visits, knowledgeable and friendly staff and a swift and quality sign up and install process. So good to have a local firm. Thanks guys!”

“Switched to South West Hygiene due to an increasingly poor service from a very well-known hygiene company. The service received thus far from South West Hygiene has been faultless. From the first contact to make an enquiry, the service has been excellent. Friendly and helpful staff at all levels and the driver is always cheerful and very personable. The cost is very competitive and I would highly recommend South West Hygiene to anybody. Thank you!”

“I have used southwest hygiene for a good year or two now for my business and I have never encountered any issues! I would also like to comment on how brilliant their clinical waste collector Jasmine is, she goes above and beyond to make sure collection is professional,friendly and up to date.”

“SW Hygiene is a wonderful company. We (Sofas and Stuff Salisbury) started a new account last year after a search for the right company for us, the process was friendly and effortless with a lovely lady over the phone and communications. Our local service provider is Simon from the Bournemouth branch, he is absolutely fantastic, friendly and a great ambassador for your company.”
