“As a customer of South West Hygiene, we are always impressed by their ability to respond to all account queries as and when they arise in an efficient and timely manner. From the friendly staff who visit our centre on a monthly basis to update/replenish our services to the admin and customer service team who are contactable via email or telephone...... we are always more than satisfied with the level of customer services provided quite literally... above and beyond. it is a breath of fresh air to find a company that truly values our custom. “S.W.H. has always provided excellent service to the hospital. The staff are always very pleasant and polite and do their job efficiently with no fuss or bother. Once they are familiar with the locations of the bins they can carry out their work unescorted.”

“South West Hygiene have been our supplier here at St Michaels resort since 2013. They have consistently delivered excellent customer care and reliable service of our resort over many years without dropping the ball. Our recent upgrade was delivered efficiently and quickly by the engineer. Their pricing is incredibly competitive for what they deliver. I would recommend them to any business for their commitment and integrity. St Michaels Resort”

“We get Excellent service any issues are quickly and professionally dealt with, and all staff are very helpful. Offer washroom vending machines for us and hand soaps and hygiene waste bins emptying. Would recommend it to other businesses”

“I have used SWH for many years and they provide an excellent service. An example of this was very recently I opened up a new office, I contacted SWH, requested a sanitary bin, was advised of a delivery date which wasn't acceptable as the office wasn't open so they dropped it at my preferred office on the day they said they would.”

“South West Hygiene provide an efficient and reliable service at a fair price. Our Village Hall previously used one of the large UK operators but they were expensive, difficult to contact and not as reliable. A Plymouth marina (Mayflower) recommended South West Hygiene as they used their services and this has resulted in a positive experience.”
