“We found Sue a great help, recommended to us by contacts. She stayed in touch, regular monitoring and updates of interest rates. Only at end of the phone for questions! Made the right recommendation for us we feel and would be happy recommend to others. A difficult time for mortgages but Sue made it smooth and easy! A HUGE THANK YOU SUE!”

“Sue Briscoe has helped us on several occasions - most recently with a remortgage on our existing home. Sue has always been extremely helpful in discussion various options with us and explaining the pros and cons of each option. Within the last year Sue has been very generous with her time helping us to assess the affordability of moving vs remortgaging and did not charge a fee for arranging our remortgage. Sue has been very helpful advising us on more complicated factors in our decision and is friendly and knowledgable. We would thoroughly recommend Sue and will be contacting her again when our current mortgage deal is due to end.”

“I recently utilized Tim Ball's expertise in dealing with my remortgage with NatWest. The process was very protracted and not very helpful from the lender's end, and Tim fought for me every step of the way to ensure I didn't end up out of pocket. Would recommend to anyone.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Luci. The dedication she put in on our case is what ultimately got us a mortgage offer! We came up against a few hurdles but Luci was very reassuring and sorted these quickly. Communication was excellent, she kept us updated throughout which is very important to us being first time buyers! Luci has a calming & friendly manner which took the stress out of the process. At every stage she was always very responsive on answering my many questions! Nothing was too much trouble. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and whole experience. I highly recommend Luci.”

“Excellent service from Tim and Sue at Southern Mortgages. I needed to re-mortgage in a hurry and Tim got the process started very quickly with a successful result in a short time. He kept me informed about what was going on and followed up to make sure things had gone as expected after I received the money from the re-mortgage. I will definitely be using Southern Mortgages again. Would highly recommend.”

“As first time buyers, we didn’t really know where to start we was recommend to Karen. It was the best decision we made. She made the process relaxed and stress free (as much as it can be to purchase a house) I would recommend Karen to anyone that needs a mortgage advisor. Efficient, organised and helpful. We had some bumps in the road, but nothing that Karen wouldn’t help find a solution for.”

“Karen helped me through a very stressful time when moving from my family home, to a new property with my children. Karen is incredibly competent, and took the confusion away by dealing with all the paperwork, liaising with the mortgage lender and solicitors whilst keeping me updated at every point.
