“Luci Knott from Southern Mortgages was an absolutely fantastic broker during a recent conversion of a residential mortgage to a BTL mortgage with release of funds. She managed to get me an excellent rate and helped me to complete in a very quick turn-around despite all of the economic turmoil going on in the background. Luci is very quick to respond to emails and always went above and beyond. She also helped me out a great deal with life insurance/critical illness cover. I look forward to working with her again and would wholeheartedly recommend her!”

“Sue and Tim at southern mortgages was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Nothing was ever too much for them - even out of hours, they communicated with myself and my partner through every step of the way to the completion of our house. “Having recently completed on my first home it’s not something I ever could have done without Lucia’s help! She was an absolute god send in helping us get the exact amount we needed to buy the first home we looked at. She helped take a lot of the stress out of one of the most stressful things you’ll ever do. She was always on hand to answer questions and always quick in answering or letting us know anything that was needed from us in the process. I couldn’t recommend enough.”

“Sue helped us with our recent remortgage and has been brilliant from start to finish! It wasn't a straightforward case and it took longer than expected (Conveyancers fault) but Sue kept us updated with what has happening throughout the whole process. “Karen was absolutely brilliant dealing with my recent life insuance purchase. She was very knowledable about the products and explained all the intricate details simply. There were a few delays due to doctors reports etc but Karen kept me informed through the whole process and went above and beyond pushing it though as quickly as possible. Would highly recomend.”
