“For some reason our goods over stayed in the warehouse prior to shipment and only after we queried why it was taking too long !”

Thank you for your review, allow me to explain the reason for the delay. The goods that you had ordered were on a lead time, as discussed before the order was placed. The items in your order were received at our warehouse and then dispatched to you on the same day - we did not actually have the items in our warehouse when the query was raised with us about why it was taking so long. We always do our best to provide accurate lead times and I apologise if we did not meet your expectations - but do rest assured we did everything we could to dispatch your goods to you as soon as possible and the goods certainly weren't held in our warehouse for any more than a few hours in total.

“So far so nice. Dataflex relationship with Sourcing-IT has been a success story of over 2 decades and still waxing strong. We enjoy from S-IT; 1. Prompt response to requests, 2. Highly competitive pricing regime that help us to win all our deals. 3. Prompt and seamless delivery of consignments to Nigeria 4. Credit facility relationship (yet to be restored after withdrawal as a result of low patronage). 5. Many more support such as promo sales and new product information from time to time.”
