“I ordered 2 pairs of trousers - one was a tartan look and I have kept - they feel comfortable and will be useful for the autumn. I returned a black pair - they were thin and I dont know what the fabric was but it looked synthetic and they were a very poor look. I think if selected carefully Robell have some interesting product but clearly one needs to be selective.”

“Good service. A very nicely finished garment, smart with useful zipped pockets. Good fit. Only slight disappointment was the amount of down filling. Nice for autumn wear but could do with more filling for winter wear. I wonder if you stock any more heavily filled gilets.”

“Lovely trousers comfortable good quality. Would be a 5 star but I have found that the fit is not really uniform even within a style. I usually order 2 sizes and keep the one that fits better. Not good when you have to pay to return the one not wanted.”

“I was so looking forward to my trousers being delivered. I have had a few pairs of Robell jeans and they have been very good fit. These trousers have a very short crouch about 2inches smaller than my jeans. I could not get then on. A great shame.”

“I love Robell trousers. They are well made and fit me perfectly, apart that is for the length. I always have to them up by at least 2". They wash well and are easy to press. Make a welcome change from jeans.”

“Although I liked the trousers that I ordered, and they were comfortable, the leg length was too long for a 5'2" shorty like me. The material was crumpled from the knee down when wearing them, so I am going to have to return them.”

“Your staff are always wonderful and delivery is quick, so basically pleased with the service offered. However, I only order Marie trousers in the tall length in navy and black and absolutely love them, but you are continually out of stock. It's been over a year since you have had them available. I received a phone call last week, informing me you were receiving one of each!! Another one of each are apparently coming in next month. Stock needs to improve. It's such a shame you can't persuade your suppliers to up their game.”

“Easy transaction and goods arrived in the time advertised. I ordered the Marie petite straight leg trousers size12. They are a good fit except the length. Surely a 29" inside leg measurement is not petite but more a regular.”
