“Service excellent but returned trousers because the Navy colour was too dark for spring /summer . Some of the colours are too bright , a few more subtle colours pls”

“I was very pleased with quality and fit but returned the cut off shorts as they didn’t have any pockets for phone or golf tees!!!!”

“I bought Bella trousers from you online as I had bought navy ones from Elphicks in Farnham and liked them so much I wanted a black pair . The ones you sent me were a completely different fit- too tight! So I have returned them and went back and bought a black pair in Elphicks that again fit perfectly. I think you need to check the sizing on your recent deliveries.”

“I recently ordered 2 pairs of 29" Marie trousers, when they arrived they were slim line and they were too tight so I returned them. Very disappointed as I have had about 8 pairs and they all fitted perfectly. I have not had any apology or answer to my comments since.”
