“You're asking me to write a review before I've received my order. I suggest that you re-write your software to, only send an email after the goods have been despatched. Kind regards Steve”

“The order processing and the delivery were very efficient. However, when the product arrived it looked as though it had been assembled before and a piece of glass was broken. I emailed customer services to ask for a replacement part to be sent to me but as yet I have not even had a reply!!”
