Ordered exterior light on 25 February 2014. Didn't receive an order confirmation or estimated delivery date/update. Then received a survey for feedback without any communication from the website on the order. Logged on account 2nd march to check order and the status is processing?... It is now 3rd March no light delivered yet - won't be using this site again.

Not impressed to be honest. No response to email asking for expected delivery and method. This review email has arrived before the goods! Therefore cannot comment on quality of goods

Difficult to write a review when I don't yet have the goods! Only put poor as cannot submit without putting something. Perhaps send this email out after the goods have been delivered.....

Your request for a review is premature. Placed my order on Tuesday and the lights have not yet arrived by Friday. Graham Hawthorn

Item showed as available in 24 hours but took a day and a half to let me know it wouldn't be available for a month, leaving me little time to find a replacement in time.

Very disappointed so far, product was faulty, reported this 2 days ago with a photograph of the faulty LED light by which the defect could be clearly seen, sent 2 emails and still no reply - not even an acknowledgement of my email. There is still time to sort this out and I am hopeful of a positive response very shortly hence the poor and not very poor.

I was extremely aggrieved to find that I had to pay import tax on top of the published web price. As far as I could see this was at no time flagged up during the purchase process, it should have been extremely clear.

My order from the website was accepted and acknowledged , but I received an email a couple of days later saying that the item was unobtainable until the end of the following month. There was still no mention of this when I checked the site again later, and I was not specifically offered a refund - only the opportunity to change the order by phone. To be fair, a few days after I emailed to say that I needed that particular light within the original time-span mentioned, my money was refunded

Ordered some wall lights on 12.10.13.Order accepted so assumed in stock.Informed 16.10.13 that items out of stock till end nov.Payment for them taken on 30.10.13.Enquired end Nov about delivery and was told that lights at customs and would be despatched within days. Informed 04.12.13 that it would be now middle of December.I feel let down by this supplier who should not have taken orders for items they have not got in stock.When I eventually receive lights I will never use this company again.

Order placed 20 Nov. Expected 2-3 days delivery. Emailed for update. No reply. Rang and was told you would ring back with update. Never rang. Rang on Saturday. Told ring back Monday. Rang last Monday. Was told the lamp was expected in that day. Delivered Tuesday 3rd Dec. Total 14 days and poor communication. Not impressed. You have lost a customer!

After placing the order the processing of the order was very slow, I received no progress report and in the end I had to ring up and chase the order. Parcel Force said the address was incomplete which resulted in delays in delivery. Products appear to be ok and I am happy with the value for money they represent.

Just received 3 wall lanterns which was supposed to be black .looked black on web site and on two of boxes they arrived in only to find they are green .? No colour stated on site but asked for black , arrived very quickly
