Regarding your request for a feedback I am still waiting for the light to be delivered and would appreciate an email telling me when it will be.

THE CLAUSE 4 IN THE DELIVERY AND RETURN COLUMN MAKES NO SENSE, WHICH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISER AGREED WHEN I RAISED THE ISSUE. THE CLAUSE SHOULD BE REVIEWED. THOUGH ADVICE ON LED BULB FOR DIMMER LIGHT WAS NOT RIGHT, WHEN CALLED FOR RETURN, THE MATTER WAS THEN RESOLVED VERY QUICKLY BY GAIL. OVERALL, GAIL HANDLED THE MATTER WELL WHICH GIVES ME MORE CONFIDENCE IN THE FIRM. MRS. ANDERSON

Was pleased with the ordering process, the cost and the timely delivery. Unfortunately, when I unpackaged the light the bulb inside was smashed. Very disappointing

Easy to order but delivery was useless. Waited all day and at 7pm found out it was left at the wrong address!! Had to pay extra to have it delivered so I don't think I'll be using this company again.

Well it's hard to review something that you have not received. So rating the overall experience is impossible. So far waited a week for a despatch confirmation after paying for it when ordered. Will wait unit my goods come to see how it all goes

I cannot offer a comment on the success or failure of this purchase as the survey has arrived before the products that were ordered. It highlights the issues with retailing when its appears to be more important to ask for a useless customer survey than to fulfil the order.

Lamp arrived quickly and was well packed. Assembly was a bit tricky but not too bad, however one of the grub screws was missing so the top light wouldn't stay on properly. Luckily I scavenged one from an old loo roll holder I had in the garage.

I was invited to review Solihull Lighting before my goods had arrived, so am writing it now that they have been received. I ordered four matching wall lights, and a pair in a different style at the end of October via the web site. I received two separate calls a few days later to say that the lights were out of stock and would be back in at the end of Nov. At the end of Nov I emailed to ask where the lights were. I was told they were being quality checked and would be despatched soon. They were received about a week later, well packed and in good condition. Service was not quick, but the price was right and we were happy to wait. Overall an okay service.

Ordered the lights they said delivered in 24 hours and they took over 2 weeks. The lightbulb did not work when delivered.the lady was very helpful said she would sort it and the next day they were here

Item was as described but after cash was oaken from my PayPal account on 14th November I was advised by email that the delivery would be unfortunately delayed. It was delivered on 6th December. It would have been better if the payment had not been taken until the goods were available for despatch!

The delivery was prompt but the bulbs were missing from the box. We called 3 times before we recieved them, 2 - 3 weeks after the delivery.

There should be away to track orders. I bought a product that in its description it says Usually dispatched within 24 hours , but nothing about the delivery , its 3 days since I bought it and have no clue when it suppose to arrive.
