“Bought a windows 7 and drivers disk on the 15/10/21 and it’s now the 22/10/21 and they have not arrived. Contacted seller he sent out a replacement disks and they also have not arrived. “This outfit is a total disgrace. Have sent me 3 product codes for Office Pro 19. None work. Microsoft Support tells me they are not valid. Phone number goes to voice mail. Voice mail, of course, is full. No mechanism to challenge them. Don't throw tour money away!!!”

“Anyone thinking of purchasing from this company would be advised to call the number given for support as there is no answer. Office Professional Plus LIFETIME Product Key Download merely provides a link to the Microsoft website so that you can download the software using a key provided but once downloaded the Product requires to be verified and when you call Microsoft the PIN / KEY provided by SoftwareRepairWorld is advised as being invalid or expired. The recovery for Windows contains a REPAIR DVD which is blank and the DriverPack Solution is rejected by Windows with an error.”

“I had spent many days trying to fix my 'Dead' computer although I am not that tech savvy. Purchased DVDs from Software repair world, very quick delivery. Tried to use the installation disc but stopped halfway through. I emailed the helpdesk and they could not be more helpful. It turned out that it was quite an easy fix - but something I could never have known. I would thoroughly recommend Software Repair World.”

“They are scammers. You buy products, they charge you for delivery. Than they tell you download is ready, download is not accepting the code. They take you address for delivery and you end up with nothing.”

“2 products that do not work, expired keys and after 12 months asked to re-activate product and nothing works. Do NOT buy anything form these people. They never answer their emails and NO you can't phone them! All they want is your money.”
