Hi there, You contacted us saying you downloaded the program to a disc, process that is not correct. We replied asking for further info and did not get any further answers. We explained that instructions were included for your ease of instalaltion. We cannot guess that you are having an issue if we are not contacted for help, being that your order has a 1 year warranty, please reply to us so that we can help you resolve. Regards,

“Totally avoid buying from Softwaregeeks. They basically sell software that can not be used and never reply to your queries/complains. I'm contemplating taking legal action against them as their actions are likely to be considered theft.”

Hi Raul, Please see attached image, we replied to your questions on the same day you contacted us. Question was also about something explained in the product's description. We are a VAT registered company with over 250 thousand sales, we would not be around if stealing from people. We find this comments highly offensive. Please contact us if you are having any issues.

“Replied to review straight away after being disappointed with not having a response. However I was mistaken and they did respond but did not see their emails as they went straight to junk mail. I hope to correspond with them and rectify this issue.”

Hi Kate, We answered on Tuesday, same day you contacted us. We cannot be held responsible for not checking the compatibility of the software for which you purchased a license, but we offered a refund anyway. Only problem was that you never replied. I find this review a long way from reality as you can see in the attached image.

“Support consisted of replying to my question with a question, which I answered promptly then have heard nothing since... so no support was received!! I’ve had to re-purchase elsewhere so a refund would be appreciated.”

Hi Sally, Please check your email as we've just resent you the answer. We replied within 2 hours with download links to the software downloads and we've just forwareded that same email which was also included with the order.. Please change this review when you see all is working as it should. Regards, Jack

“After searching the net everyone seemed to be over priced over windows 7. But then I found software geeks. Cheap was not the word. Instant live chat with them solved all my issue. I now have a decent install of windows and able to get updates. Highly recommended”
