Poor delivery service, dumped in room and too difficult for a single person to unpack an item that has a warning needs two people to lift. So much packaging and have to finish off assembly myself. Would not recommend. Whatever happened to good customer service??? Just dump and run these days :(

Customer had a Mirrored 6 Drawer Chest delivered. This would have been delivered by a 2 Person Service to room of choice. Chest was delivered assembled, but Knob handles had to be put on. As this was a mirrored glass piece of furniture, heavy packaging was required for transport and customer safety.

The product is lovely and worth the wait. However, no-one confirm to me it would need self assembly. I mistakenly assumed it would be delivered and assembled. It was difficult and took me a long time to put together. If someone had taken the time to clarify that would have been so much of a better experience. as it was i had to also call to chase a delivery date.

On the product page it states that the Dining Table & Chairs require assembly. All our items state that they are either assembled or have to be assembled. The customer was advised about a delay in delivery due to our supplier being out of stock and was updated as to when the 2 Person Delivery Team would contact her.

No communication, poor customer service, vague delivery method, ignored requests for delivery warning, product good

We are sorry to hear about this. The order acknowledgement sent explains that this particular supplier's home delivery department will call 2 days prior to delivery to arrange an AM or PM time slot.
Delivery was within 7-10 working days as promised.
Sofa & Home's Customer Service were unaware of any requests for delivery warnings, so these must have been made with our supplier's home delivery directly.
For email communication, please note that in some instances, your email service provider may deem emails as 'junk' 'trash' or 'spam' so please check in these folders if the email does not appear in your inbox.
