An independent family run business established in 2004, we are based in the picturesque flat fens of Lincolnshire in the UK. At SocksFox we aim to offer our customers a shopping experience where you can buy the top quality brands that you know and trust, whilst offering you a level of individual customer service and product knowledge that as a smaller, highly specialised company we can provide.

The brands we offer have been selected because they use only the very best materials and are beautifully constructed to create the most comfortable garment possible. We have also chosen brands that complement one another to offer a wide range of socks, underwear, nightwear and sportswear for men, women and children, that you can wear whatever the occasion, be it at home, at work or at play.

“AVOID. They sell items which are not in stock, was waiting for nearly a month for my items to be despatched but it never happened. Don't waste your time!”

Dear Andy, I am sorry you have been disappointed by the service you have recently received from us at SocksFox. We have in several places on the website information explaining how we manage our stock and dispatch timeframes. We offer an extensive range of styles, colours and sizes at competitive prices to customers in both the UK and Worldwide. To be able to do this we are unable to hold in stock all items all the time and in our experience many customers are happy to wait. We advise that if immediate dispatch is a priority to contact us before placing an order to check on availability. We aim to dispatch items the same or next working day. However, if demand exceeds our stock holding dispatch may be delayed by around 7 working days. This was the case with the order you placed on 6 December, we contacted you the next day to let you know that we were waiting for stock to fulfil your order, hoping to dispatch to you in 7 to 10 working days and we also offered the option of a refund if you preferred. Unfortunately, the supplier was unable to get the stock to us within this usual timeframe. As soon as we were aware we sent you a further email on 19 December to let you know of the further delay and again to offer a full refund as an option. When you called us on 28 December, just over 3 weeks from placing your order, it seems that you had thought that all items are always in stock for immediate dispatch. Unfortunately, you hadn’t seen the information regarding dispatch timeframes on our site. We were understanding of your request to cancel your order which we did, and we initiated the refund within an hour of you calling.
