“I was charged for a next day delivery for a cancelled order! And after ordering again that order got cancelled by accident?! Avoid where possible.”

“Positively awful. Sell goods they don't have and do not have on back order. It took Customer service 18 minutes before they could tell me that on a phone call. And still not refunded. Personally, I won't be rushing back.”

“From start to finish The people that helped me with my order couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful also one of my items had a fault due to delivery handling but Soak.com sorted this out straight away. I’m very pleased with my new bathroom :)”

“Pricing very good although not fitted yet so hopeful that the quality is great! Had to re-arrange order date and it was not trouble at all. Arrived within timeframe given & text messages and calls were very useful in the delivery process. Thank you to Adam for helping to change, excellent customer service!”

“Chose this mirror very early on our bathroom update. Would suggest that in the description where it states chrome, that this is the mirror back and not the frame. This put us off buying as we thought this was a chrome frame and not bevelled, although now we have purchased we can see what you meant. Lovely mirror 100% satisfied.”

“Excellent radiator at a reasonable price. Only issue was when purchasing from the site, a page came up with essentials which included the valves so I purchased them also only to find that they were no good and not the correct ones, when a professional came to fit it, meaning I had to purchase another set of valves. However, the radiator looks great and the heat is amazing.”

“I ordered a shower screen on the phone and paid £39.99 for next day delivery which they confirmed yes we can do that and I duly paid, I called the next morning to confirm it was coming and they told me it hadn’t been picked had missed the carrier and it was not being delivered next day, even worse was that they couldn’t even tell me when it was arriving we had to be told by them when it was convenient for carrier to deliver. I contacted soak for my refund and now find they have only refunded the next day deliver cost I still have £229 on my bill. To say shambolic is polite please don’t take orders you cannot fulfil I purchased the screen from a local plumbers merchant in the end. It’s a shame as the other items I have are good quality if you need something next day or quick don’t order here.”

“Having placed my order, I then received countless emails telling me certain items were out of stock, I replied with an alternative and then received an email stating it was too late to add to my order, even though I replied immediately with an alternative, my order in part is being delivered today 14th Aug, although I have no knowledge of what will be on that delivery or when the out of stock items will arrive, I spent over £1000, and to be honest am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the lack of stock which was clearly added to my basket without problem. I only hope that the company sorts my order out promptly and lets me know what is happening!!!!”

“One of my part was missing delaying my project, which cost me standing time on plumbers then part was promised within 2DAYS! Still hadn’t arrived for the 3rd day costing me more money. Reluctant to use again.”
