“Purchased a pair of size 9 mens slippers. For years I've been aware of my left foot sometimes giving me problems when buying footwear but I was pleasantly surprised to find this wasn't the case. However, when putting the right one on it felt quite strange, hard to describe but just strange. This feeling became more pronounced when I walked in them. I thought that because of the quality this would change after use but no matter what adjustments I made to the lace it has never improved. The return policy is 30 days and I've gone over that so I'm left with a pair of slippers that play havoc with the little toe on my right foot, so much so that I can't wear them.”

“Lovely well fitting pair of gloves. Unfortunately one seam came apart. They were replaced within days. Very good customer service, new pair are perfect.”

“recieved my two sheepskin rugs today delighted absolutley beautiful couldnt have asked for better .very fast delivery ,ony took three days to arrive if i decide to get anymore would not hesitate to order again from snugrugs thank you jennifer b.”

“This is my second pair. For quality and comfort definitely a 5 rating. Size accuracy let's them down. I am I size 6.5-7. Purchased a 6. They fit my partner who is a size 8. Ordered size 5! Perfect Fit? Luckily my partner needed slippers so did not need to faf with returns. Advice order a good 1.5-2 sizes smaller.”

“Snug rugs sheepskin gloves came quickly, very very happy with the quality . Gloves have sheepskin through the glove and fit is good. I have yet to wear gloves out on a cold morning but have every faith they will do the job.❄️⛄️”

“I will certainly be using Snugrugs again !! Bought two mongolian cushions, amazing quality and half the price of the same ones in John Lewis. Delivery was super quick.....I shall be recommending to all my friends and sharing on social media”

“Snugrugs are one of the few companies where I can get men's moccasin slippers size 15 uk. (I normally take a 14 but go up one size for slippers).I have always found the company very helpful and the slippers well made, last a long time, comfortable and very good value for money. I would recommend this company.”

“The mens zipped slippers were well made of good suede & sheepskin, however I felt that they were rather cumbersome and felt uncomfortable. The sizing (8) was tight and the toes were constricted but I hope this will improve with wear as the sheepskin compresses a little (I hope)!! All in all a good product but more cumbersome than I would have expected.”

“Product was of size and quality promised. Price was very good and delivery was within 48 hours. Only comment is rug had a bit of a smell but airing in the conservatory should clear this.”
