“I am not interested in writing a review and it is extremely annoying being asked to contribute free of charge to your marketing. I just bought the product and that's the end of it. REAL shops don't pester you after you have made a purchase. I actually hate online shopping - and your logo is horrid and way too prominent. It spoils the look of the thing I bought. I painted it out with white nail varnish - 5 coats. There you got your review. Now don't pester me again.”

“I had to return the goods because the cover did not fit my mobile. Since then I have chased my refund twice. I received a response from Jack saying he had just found some goods had been returned next door by mistake and would process this afternoon that was 10 days ago and still nothing”

“I received my Order today and the case is not the exact match to the one I ordered from the website I have enclosed photos detailing that the dominant colour of the case on the website is blue, blue wrap around to the back of the case However the case I received is dominantly more beige than porcelain in colour, beige / porcelain wrap around to the back of the case”

“The item does not fit the phone it is advertised for. It's 5mm too big length and width. Shame the leather work is good.”
