“case fell apart badly made had to super glue it back together”

“The iPhone 8 holder arrived early and it is very nice. My problem is that it somehow muffles the microphone and people on the other end can't hear me properly. I end up taking the phone out of it's case to have a conversation. I will have to buy a different make.”

“I have yet to receive my order 2 weeks after the order was placed. customer service said it was dispatched 1 day after placing the order. yet I have not received anything! totally disappointed and they have said they are sending me a replacment but not provided any details of when I will recieve it or a confirmation. totally gutted and disappointed!”

“Extremely disappointed with the durability of my Snakehive leather flip case for my iPhone. Bought in January 2017, by mid-year both the plastic corners had broken off - and now Dec 2017) the stitching on the magnetic tab has almost parted - meaning the case will not stay shut. I have bought similar styles of cover at less than half the price - and thought I was getting a quality product at a premium price. The company say any warranty is only for 3 months. My overall feeling is I paid a premium price for a product barely fit for purpose. Wouldn't buy again.”

“The outer case very good the inside is a disaster the plastic cradle would not hold the mobile secure and openings for the buttons do not line up. So bad I purchased another wallet.”

“The velvet cover looked great to start with but after 24 hours it showed every mark and now it looks really awful It would have been better if it was a smooth leather finish”

“I had to return this as it does not protect the phone. It wraps around the sides but top and bottom of phone are completely exposed. Totally disappointed as previous cases of yours have been perfect. A case (?) of not being made for the actual model I bought it for, is it a case made for another experia model that someone thought it would fit maybe???”

“I bought this on the back of reading good reviews but I have been left disappointed. The material is cheapened by the film over the leather. The leather is very very thin. When the case is closed the phone edge is still exposed by 5 or 6mm. This is due to the design of the case which allows credit cards to be stored. If you chose not to use this function then the case is actually to big for the phone. When closed it resembles a book that has had a 3rd of its pages removed. I have ordered another product from a different supplier despite an offer of 20% off another product from Snakehive.”

“This case is way to big for Iphone SE. My phone slipped out of the case few times. My boyfriend ordered one as well and has a same issue. Very dissapointed. Visually it looks lovely and the leather is great, same about the case size tho.”

“hi, I purchased two of the cases the tag that closes the case come off after 5 daysand on the and the second one come off after 4 days rubbish now the magnet on the case pulls my keys out my pocket my small change have to buy another one from somebody else”
