“Very unimpressed. The first time I tried to remove my phone from the cover, half of the plastic phone holder came away from the leather backing. Will not be using snake hive in the future.”

“Case is very luxurious and a great fit. One problem, the case offers no protection what so ever. 1st day dropped on corner, rubber did not prevent screen from breaking.Note 9 smashed”

“Not happy will never recommend Snakehive I come across them on the internet advertising a leather phone case in versus colours they was one in Black that i wanted after looking on and off for 2 day's i decided to for it It arrived the day in a colour called Teal nothing like black very disappointed”

“Hello, i ordered wallet case, price 24,95. I thought I ordered it from Great Britain to Finland, both in EU. Now Finnish custom is asking me pay taxes, because the wallet case did not come from inside EU. What the hell is going on?”

“Not impressed to be honest, the actual leather part of the case was fine, but the magnetic catch wasn't aligned properly and the plastic phone holder didn't seem to be moulded properly as the fone fell out of the case three times in the week I used it. Back to my old case untill my new OCASE arrives. Complete waste of £13.”

“I ordered this item over 9 days ago. I received a message a day after placing order saying it was being dispatched. It still hasn’t arrived and I’m being asked to review. I would say that on the evidence so far I’d have to say poor service. As for the quality of the item I have no idea as it hasn’t arrived.”
