“I'm sorry - I can't give a positive review, because I haven't received delivery of the iPhone wallet. I placed my order on the 14th of December. Whilst I appreciate that this is a busy time, it is nonetheless very disappointing that tomorrow, on Christmas Day, I will not be able to give this present.”

“I only wish I had received my new strap!!No signs yet so Im sure the post will be blamed!!Suggest you send these reviews out later so that customers can (hopefully)actually receive their orders before being asked to rate them!!!Have tried making contact with Snakehive but didnt manage it as contact isnt easy!!!”

“Hello, I bought this product as it looked well made and good quality. It arrived quickly and is stylishly packed....... BUT!! It’s awful to the point it’s in the bin, after a few days the inner phone placement started to peel away. You might say why didn’t I send it back, the answer being I had spilt some drops of olive oil on the outside. So Snakehive, very sorry but I replaced it with an Apple case. Perfect, olive oil or not.”

“I ordered a green xs max 10/10/18 received confirmation and money removed from card. Wrote twice to company & 2nd email they answered surprised that this happened & told me are now out green offered me a special and different color. Took a navy and now 10/28/18 did get the deal same day as email but no notification of shipping or tracking. Wondering if I am going to get this phone case?”
