Purchased a cover for iPhone XR - happy with this purchase However I also purchased a screen protector for £ 12.95 which shattered on the corner while I was trying to re-align it as I was fitting it - a complete waste of money

I found the case very good so happy with this as for screen saver information on fitting l didn't understand and it cracked so now l will have to buy another from someone else Rob Crowther

Delivery was prompt but the screen protector did not fit as the screen of the phone is curved so only the centre third will stick to the screen.

If your looking for just practicality i.e a well made case, with slots for your cards then it ticks all the boxes on that. However, if the look is as important to you, then after say 3 weeks you will be disappointed. The material used, is not ideal. It becomes stained, looks old and nowhere near as fresh and new as it looks upon first receipt. I had a feeling this would happen when I first received it. I was actually going to send it back, cause I just knew. After 3 weeks, I already wAnt to change my case for a better looking one that can be easily cleaned.

Our cases are made from a soft Nubuck leather and especially when new they will naturally show marks which will add to the character and over time the case will develop a rich patina. Sadly I only started using my wallet this week and I have been so careful with it, but it is already significantly worn looking. Due to the design, it is difficult to talk on the phone as the wallet has to bend backwards to hear. I am most disappointed with my purchase

Did not state it was suede anywhere in description, otherwise would not have ordered. The suede will soon look grubby in spite of using protector spray.

The phone case is a great material, and the magnetic clasp works well. However, I cannot recommend their phone case as after putting my cards in the assigned pockets inside the case, they have scratched my S10 screen badly. This is obviously a design flaw as this definitely should not happen. It's a real shame.

When you mail the item you have to give the customer a tracking number to track the item, this is not done.

Unfortunately fixing the protector to my P20 proved very difficult. Snakehive were very helpful in sending me a replacement screen free of charge but I was unable to get it aligned correctly round the two cut out and it would not adhere properly to the phone screen. Additionally I am experiencing frequent miss keyed character entries which are at the edge of the screen, this is probably due to the protector being marginally narrower than the phone screen..this phone has a flat screen so there should be no problem with a good fit. My previous film screen protector did not have this problem. I also bought a Snakehive case for my phone at the same time which I am delighted with....excellent quality. Snakehive support staff tried very hard to resolve the problem.
