Waste of time. I thought it might have slight cosmetic marks being considered a second. Case is too big & unable to hold phone securely & the access to side buttons is all out so you need to remove phone to use them. Should of went to landfill is an embarrassment to send it out

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with your case whilst wireless charging! As our Vintage Leather Wallet cases are handmade & due to the thickness of the premium leather we use to manufacture our cases, we are currently unable to guarantee that these cases will work in conjunction with the Apple MagSafe wireless charger. When charging your phone using a MagSafe charger, we would recommend that you remove your phone from the case in order to best optimise the wireless charging function. If you are using a standard wireless charger, we would recommend using a wireless charger that can reach through at least 5mm of depth. I ordered this cell phone cover and it is too small for my phone (my fault). The cover itself is nice but I can’t use it. When I emailed you this I had to take pictures of the phone and the package then you told me I would have to take it to a UPS store and return it at my own expense. The problem is that I have a lot of health issues and can’t drive. Plus it would cost as much to return as I paid for the cover. So I decided to forget it and look somewhere else.

As explained on our website, we're sadly unable to fund return postage costs for any unwanted/incorrectly ordered items. For our USA customers, we ask customers to return their order to our returns centre in Miami, FL, which is a lot less costly & time-consuming than returning to us here in the UK. We then ask customers to send us proof of return postage, so that we can process a refund/exchange immediately. We do hope to implement a free returns service in the future and please be assured that your feedback will be taken on board. Leather good quality but case does not fit properly meaning top right edge is not protected properly. Needs to be 7 or eight mm larger. This might also be exacerbated by the inner seam forming the card holder. The primary purpose of the case is to protect the phone. I feel this one doesn't

Used the two screen protectors. Only wanted to use one. Found that despite following the ambiguous instructions on the website (unclear about which way up to position the product), both developed an air bubble covering a third of the screen that would not disappear. About to head to my local town to have a replacement fitted. Would like a refund. Happy with the wallet (hence the one star) but the screen protector is poor.

Thought I was buying a black leather phone case it’s a suede finished case! Fraying at the edge’s it looks cheap doesn’t reflect the very high price I paid Extremely disappointed quite frankly I feel conned! The photo in your ad doesn’t accurately show even remotely the actual product delivered Very misleading sales methodology I will avoid you and will advise others to do so in the future

Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback and I'm so sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your new Vintage Leather Wallet! As shown on our website, our Vintage Leather Wallet cases are made from a soft Nubuck leather, which can be similar to suede at first, and especially when new they will naturally show marks which will add to the character. Primarily, nubuck is thicker than suede, so far more durable. To the touch, suede feels more velvety and nubuck tends to feel a little more like leather. Nubuck also tends to be less porous, which you won’t see at first sight, but you’ll appreciate, as it’s easier to maintain. Over time and with regular use, the top layer of leather will begin to wear down and the case will develop a rich & smooth patina finish. Wear on each of our cases will vary depending on its use, which will add to the unique character of your case. To clean your case we recommend that you carefully wipe the cover with a nubuck or similar soft cloth using a circular motion. Brush with a nubuck brush to remove dirt and dust. Spray a cloth with a nubuck cleaner, from leather retailers or online, and work well into the leather but do not over saturate the material. Allow to dry thoroughly and then use brush to restore the nap to its original condition. For the sake of our other customers, I do wish to clarify that we have not denied you a refund for your order, and we have responded to all of your correspondence quickly & politely. Whilst I understand that you may not be satisfied with the design of your case, we would not deem the condition of your case to be defective or faulty, so we are therefore unable to fund return postage for your case. We do hope to introduce a free return service for our customers in the future, but we're not quite there just yet! Our Vintage Leather Wallet is hand-crafted from genuine nubuck leather, it will take a little bit of time and use for the leather to stretch. This is completely to be expected for a new leather product, which you may also be able to verify from reading some of our other customer reviews. Imagine a brand new pair of leather shoes, they just require a bit of breaking in! The leather will begin to stretch & soften over a short amount of time and with regular use so that you can close the case fully and with ease. If you would prefer to return your case to us for a refund, you are very welcome to by following the instructions in our previous correspondence.
