" SCAM SITE- DO NOT USE!!! Look on Trustpilot for over 50 genuine 1 star reviews! Emailed customer service 5 days ago re: cancelled order (as all the Trust pilot reviewers have said) Having not received a response started to do some looking into the company and realised it’s a scam website. "

" I am still waiting for 2 books for my children's music lessons. They were supposed to arrive last week and I paid extra money for this service. I have emailed them 3 times and no response from their supposed 'support team.' I have tried looking into getting a refund but do not know how. A terrible service. All I want are the books! !!! "

" Received an email saying my order had been cancelled, but despite me sending three emails asking why, no one has had the courtesy to reply. There is no telephone number that I can see, so you can't even get to talk to anyone. Pretty poor customer service. "
