“SCAM SITE- DO NOT USE!!! Look on Trustpilot for over 50 genuine 1 star reviews! Emailed customer service 5 days ago re: cancelled order (as all the Trust pilot reviewers have said) Having not received a response started to do some looking into the company and realised it’s a scam website. The site is gathering bank details to rob you at a later date.I’ve cancelled my debit card and advise you do the same if you’ve ‘ordered’ from this criminal! Reported to actionfraud.police.uk ,Google, Trading Standards and Companies House Government Website”

“AVOID!!!! SCAM SITE. They take your bank details and then 'cancel' the order (see also trust pilot website for people in same situation). Have had to cancel my bank card. No phone number to call on site, and no responses to e-mails sent to them.”

“AVOID! Received email cancelling order as others have stated. Please avoid the site and rrad trust pilot reviews - a lot of people experiencing the same. Suspect card harvesting site. Very annoyed with myself! However, the site is very convincing which is the sad reality of today's world! Have cancelled card as a precaution and notified fraud team”

“Same story with me as everyone else. I reviewed the Web site and it looked convincing. There is a Companies House entry and lots of positive reviews on Reviews.co.uk (although hindsight now tells me that the reviews were placed by people with some suspect sounding names!) If anyone has ordered from these, can I suggest you cancel your cards asap.”

“Website seems like a scam. Do not use. Orders are never fulfilled. They are cancelled. The first time I wondered if I'd put in my card details incorrectly. I've ordered new bank cards as I don't trust them at all.”

“Very disappointed. Book I ordered for a good price was suddenly not available when I ordered it. Won’t be using Smyths again. No way the payment failed as was the excuse as I ordered other things that day.”

“DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I can’t stress this enough. Seriously dodgy website, same happened to me as others. I place my order, even received email confirmation that it was being processed, several days later an email saying it was cancelled. I’ve emailed and phoned the number here and no response. I even doubt most of the good reviews on here, simply as they always seem to be in response to a flurry of negative ones. Have to agree with a previous complainant here, it very much seems to be a card harvesting site. I’ve cancelled my card, massively inconvenient suggest avoiding this site like the plague.”

“SCAM. Wish I’d read the reviews beforehand. Same as everyone else orders placed then cancelled a couple of days later. Zero response to web form and email enquiry and mobile no listed here goes straight to voicemail. I can’t even grade the customer service below as it doesn’t actually exist. Good news is I’ll be in Hull in December so any dodgy transactions on my cards and you can expect a visit, plus reporting to the Information Commissioner and Companies House”

“I wish I had read the reviews before - as I have had the same experience of having my order cancelled for no specified reason, concerning payment. I think this is a scam. If not it is very poor administration. I am considering cancelling my payment card!”

“This "company" is nothing but a data harvesting scam. If you place an order with them, they will make no attempt to take payment, the order will be cancelled two days later, and then you'll have to cancel your bank card! Do not use!”
