“Quick postage. Item was nicely gift wrapped as requested. The wrapping had become a little squashed in the post, maybe this could be fixed by putting some more padding in the envelope? Overall, very satisfied and would definitely use again.”

“Communication was fantastic as I asked a question. I received my order when it was supposed to come. The only little gripe I had was the tin that the oils came in was battered. It didn't look like new and I was giving it as a present.”

I'm really sorry that the tin seems to have been damaged by the courier. I will certainly investigate this further for you. In your opinion, please let me know if you think the damage was the result of rough handling or inadequate protection, or both. Could you give me more detail about the damage so i can avoid any issues in the future? In the meantime, i will refund your next day delivery price of £6 to apologise for the inconvenience. “I ordered gifts for my son-in-law last Christmas and he was delighted with both travel brush and cream. The service was excellent . I even had to change the delivery address and that was not a problem .Everything arrived on time and well packaged...and with a wee sweet ! Well done..keep up the good work .”
