“I have only been using Smooth Digital for a short while. I am still getting used to navigating the system but the team have been so supportive and helpful to me with getting things sorted and organised. Siya is very helpful, very efficient and very attentive. Siya great asset to the team and I am very happy to continue working with her. Siya goes above and beyond we now have weekly check-in teams call which is extremely helpful and I am very grateful for this.”

“Before working with Smooth, we were getting a few leads per month and wanted to increase our private enquiries by 30%. We started to work with Smooth Digital and saw good results, however after 3 months we decided to add their 24 Hour Live Chat to our website and the results were incredible! We started to receive approximately 3X the number of enquiries per month and on our best month we were up 106 hours per week. Live chat has really been fantastic for targeting private fee-paying clients and the results speak for themselves. Smooth are also extremely knowledgeable, they have been excellent at answering queries, making suggestions, giving great feedback in meetings and have offered very helpful lead handling training also. We saw so much success in our PPC campaign with Smooth, that we are now using them for a recruitment campaign also! I’ve been extremely happy working with Smooth Digital and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to market their care business. Here at Key 2 Care, we are looking forward to getting more positive results in the coming months and years.”

“Smooth Digital created a great campaign for us to increase self funded clients, we saw an increase from 4% to 9% over 3-4 months this was critical for us as a business trying manage lowered occupancy throughout the pandemic. From setup to going live with our campaign everything ran SMOOTHLY, training was provided on a number of occasions for our team and supported throughout. Monthly report meetings were a great way to catch up and review performance for the previous month. “Before starting a campaign with Smooth Digital, we, at St Georges Care Home were doing leaflet distributions and putting ads in magazines, and we did see an uplift in the number of enquiries but that soon died down and then it became difficult to track the success of our marketing. We couldn't see what was doing well and what wasn't and our care home operators were also finding it difficult to fill beds. We came on board with Smooth Digital specifically for this reason, as they can track the number of enquiries that come through and the source of the leads too. Digital marketing not only gives us much more success but also more visibility of which areas of the campaign are doing well and which areas need improvement. When we first started working with Smooth, we were at about 80% capacity and within 6 months we were able to reach 97% capacity, with only 1 bed remaining to fill!! “As the Brand Name SAYS SMOOTH DIGITAL - Their actions speak louder than words and they have proved it. What a amazing bunch of professionals and know their core values and follow great ethics. Just kicked off in August and within 1st month we received more than 350 and till now we have more than 70 % conversion ratio which no one on earth can provide you with these sort of strategies. They have confined, classic and unique approach towards their task and that's what make them different and best in the market. Have tried few other companies in past but never ever got amazed with such results. They will just tremor you with their results. “I'm Rachel van Staveren, owner and Registered Manager at Cloud 9 Care, a Home Care Provider in north-east Essex. We asked Smooth Digital to mastermind a campaign for us that would bring in 4 new recruits per month. In our first month we recruited 5 and we have another 5 prospects bubbling along in our second month. “I had been talking to Smooth Digital for 6 months and their industry knowledge and proven track record with our competitors convinced me to sign up in June 2020. Since sign up, I have not been disappointed, the Account Management, Responsiveness and Accountability has been proactive. The leads coming through are of quality and from areas we are looking for CAREGiver's. Going on from this we have now signed up for our 2nd project with Smooth to go live in September. Their are many digital companies who think they understand the care industry market , but to understand clients and CAREGiver profiles Smooth completely understand this. “My name is Geoff Fairfield and I am the Chair at Friars Mead residential care home, part of the Abbeyfield group. Smooth Digital have helped us find new residents for the home using Google AdWords. Not only did they manage the campaign, they helped us set up a landing page, provided valuable advice regarding the follow up of the leads and generally were helpful all they way along. The reporting they provided helped us to monitor what was happening including being able to monitor phone call received. We would recommend Smooth Digital to other care homes that are looking to find more residents. You set the budget and they will work to that.”

“Before working with Smooth we had limited internal webchat supported by sales staff within office hours, but got very few enquiries, so were in the process of removing the functionality. With Smooth, we outsourced all our out-of-hours webchat allowing 24/7 coverage, with the aim of providing simple client and carer recruitment enquiry capture. We saw an immediate 22-24% uplift in lead volumes reaching sales and recruitment. These leads also converted better at double the standard conversion level versus our total enquiry volume. If you’re on the fence about using Smooth, I would simply say: Use them! The process was simple to set-up and monitor and our organisation is very risk averse, so knowing they had care industry experience was key to trusting them to sensitively handle that first contact.”

“Hands up to being a bit of a techno dinosaur with marketing strategies, we had initially been uncertain as to whether Smooth Digital could make a difference to our business ; despite our Care Manager loving the live demonstration at a recent care show!! Fast forward two months after saying Yes, ....It’s the best thing we’ve done!! The increase of our online presence has been excellent and proven to contribute to an increase in enquiries , thereby achieving our aim to turn around bed vacancies more quickly.
