“My experience with this has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. From the outset, promises of additional design plans and a compelling offer turned out to be empty, leading to a week of wasted time and extended lead time due communication problem. Health and safety concerns arose when their designer proposed a hazardous layout, placing a dishwasher beneath a grill and microwave, risking steam exposure and potential fire hazards. Despite raising these issues, the managerial response was inadequate, promising resolutions that never materialized and adding more stress to an already challenging situation. Notably, I had to provide the design direction myself, as their initial attempt was a complete disaster. The absence of a company brochure, portfolio, or investment in advertising and customer retention raises questions about their transparency and commitment to quality. Future customers should exercise caution, thoroughly reviewing designs for safety and competence, as my experience with Smiths Fitted Wardrobe Company has unfortunately been far from satisfactory.”

“Daljit kindly came to visit my property and take measurements. I really liked his patience together with kind and friendly attitude. The fitted wardrobes and my long table turned out as amazing as I imagined. The colours I chose from the catalogue where exactly what I chose and I really love the 2 fitted wardrobes and mine and my kids' workstation. Delivery was better than I expected and I was really happy with the price I paid for the products and service. The fitting guys were very friendly and even cleaned all the mess after the installing the products. Daljit has gone an extra mile to assist me and to ensure that I am entirely happy with the product - he has kindly provided the extra shelves after the fitting as I never had a fitted wardrobe and didn't expect for so much extra space to be inside the floor-to-ceiling wardrobe. I will most definitely use their service again and will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs work done in the house. Brilliant service! Brilliant products! And Brilliant people! Thank you all so much for putting a smile on my face every time I see the fitted products in my house. :)”

“I highly recommend Smiths Fitted Wardrobes, they’re very professional and easy to work with. From the beginning the initial consultation/measurement to the fitting of wardrobes and after service was absolutely fantastic. A massive thank you to Deepak the designer, who made our vision come to life. He went over and above to make sure our wardrobes were perfect. He was in contact with us from start to finish, answering any questions and queries we had. The fitters - were polite and carried out the work to a high quality standard. They carried themselves to a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend Smiths Fitted Wardrobes to anyone looking for a professional and excellent service for wardrobes.”

“I am really disappointed with the professionalism and customer services . Firstly , the team failed to measure properly the size of the niche they needed to leave for my ikea drawers …. They did not come up with any solution to correct their mistake for a month . Then I suggested adding a rail so I can use the space for hangers at least . But again the team could not find any time for another two months. Moreover, they actually did promise to come once , but later on that day said can’t come after me waiting for a whole day …. Really really disappointed ….. don’t waste your time and money , it’s not cheap at the end …”

I want to say a massive thank you to Deepak Gandotra the designer, who made our vision come to life. He went over and above to make sure our wardrobes were perfect. He was in contact with us from start to finish, answering any questions and queries we had. The fitters - Vishal, Rishi, Karam and Amir were polite and carried out the work to a high quality standard. They carried themselves to a high level of professionalism. They were very honest and trustworthy as one of the doors had a slight damage, and they were able to replace it with a brand new door. I highly recommend Smiths Fitted Wardrobes to anyone looking for a professional and excellent service for wardrobes.”

“We wanted to get wardrobes in out bedrooms and study since many months and got them from Smith's. Their designer (Ozden) visited us and designed them on paper that day. She also shared computer generated images which looked exceptional. She was in contact with us throughout the next 3-4 weeks till the fitters came in. She also gave us the pricing and it was pretty decent compared to others. On the day of fittings, Abhi & his colleagues did the work quite quickly and exceptionally. They built wardrobes in 3 rooms in 2 days and left the place spick and span. My wife and I are very happy with the price, the service, the actual fittings and the new look to our rooms.”

“Cannot thank Daljit and team for my fabulous wardrobe and cupboard. I am extremely impressed with your customer service and your team is so professional. Daljit from the start to the end, was very prompt, listened patiently to all our queries / concerns and gave us exactly what we asked for. His team when working on premise, were super professional, no mess at all. While doing our cupboard, they realized the design originally thought of, won't give us much space and re-designed on the spot. and I must say, what quality!! I am super impressed and cannot recommend them enough. Thanks Daljit again for everything! I am not a professional photographer, but few glimpses of my new, super cool wardrobe.”

“Horrendous experience. The guy who came to inspect was rude, unprofessional and not at all helpful. And they asked for 50% advance deposit. Stay away guys.”
