“After starting my journey with my own dentist and being let down, Smiles and Moore was recommended by a friend. The treatment and customer care I have received from Gary and his team is second to none. Thank you so much for your professionalism and making me feel me again x”

“All staff very friendly and helpful. Treated with respect and kindness. I have had dentures for over 50yrs and I have never and I mean never had new dentures that didn't leave me in discomfort and with a mouth full of ulcers UNTIL NOW!!!!! The minute Gary inserted them I felt as though I had always had them no pain no discomfort. He also told me the proper way to put them in and take them out properly without hurting myself. I know they need to bed in but up to now no problems at all Thanks for your great personality and great skill Gary !!”

“After being left with a poor quality, ill fitting denture after having my natural teeth removed I struggled on for eight month, unwilling to go out without covering my mouth. I knew I couldn’t carry on like that so contacted Gary with a bit of hope but low expectations that he would be able to do much to help. From the first consultation he was patient and understood what I was going through. He explained every step we were going to take and this, as well as the confidence he had in his ability to make things so much better for me, made such a difference. After four sessions and a slight adjustment I am now the very happy owner of dentures that look brilliant and fit so comfortably I can hardly believe it. I feel happy speaking to people without covering my mouth for the first time in years. I can’t recommend the service and support I’ve received from both Gary and the ladies on reception enough. “First time I walked into Smiles and More Jill welcomed me and introduced me to Gary, I knew I had come to the right place, Gary talked me through all the procedures. when we reached the stage of a wax model of my new dentures he allowed me to take them home to show my biggest critic, my daughter. To say I was apprehensive was an understatement, However from the moment I walked through the door I was put at ease firstly from the warm welcome I received from Jo and then the conversation I had with Gary. “Im sorry Im very late with this review but I would like to say that the moment you walk through the front door you are met by the girls on reception with a friendly welcome and an explanation of the parking permit system, and then you are met by Gary the first thing he does is to welcome you and put you at ease he will ask you what you would like him to do for you and he will offer advice, but the decision is yours. I needed to have my top denture in time for my grand daughters wedding in two weeks time, I paid the extra fee for express service and at no time was quality or service effected, Gary is a pro in what he does, he made me look seventeen again. I would recommend Smiles and Moor to everyone.”

“I had a partial lower denture made/ fitted at Smiles and More Warrington in July 2022. I’ve had it almost 6 months now and it has been really good, very stable and secure, comfortable plastic plate from day 1 with no soreness and able to chew/ eat well without any movement of the denture. They also made it really quickly for me as I was going on holiday. Great service, professional, friendly and very highly recommended!”

“This was my first visit to Smiles and More so I had to rely on the customer reviews and take a chance. I liked what I was reading from the reviews so I took that chance. From the first get go of walking in and being greeted by Jo the receptionist who is so welcoming and lovely to meeting Gary was amazing. Gary is so lovely, calming and sincere and totally but me at ease. We had a chat about all my requests and he advised me what he could do. I can honestly say he felt like a long trusted friend! The finished dentures Gary did for me were superb. His professional skills and years of experience just left me speechless. I have my natural looking teeth back! The quality and fit are incredible and I couldn't be happier. The whole experience has been one of the best I have ever had. I took a chance on Gary and his team, I travelled over 180 miles and I would now not hesitate to see him and would do it in a heartbeat! “I have walked past this Building *Smiles and more* for years, but never had the confidence to go in due to history with the dentist, and embarrassment im 72yrs old and lost all my teeth yrs ago. Well three weeks ago I plucked up the courage and walked in and booked a appointment.The Receptionist was lovely and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. “I have not liked my teeth for a long time but not sure what I wanted . One of my friends recommended Smiles and More and after speaking to one of the lovely staff on the phone. I did research because my daughter said she would pay for a new set, this is where I met Gary I could just tell he new his stuff, I could tell he was passionate about his job and it wasn’t all about money, 7 weeks later I’m smiling again and they don’t even look like false teeth, my confidence is through the roof. “I first came into contact with Smiles & more several years ago whilst working away from home. A broken denture was superbly repaired on a Saturday morning at the Warrington branch. A couple of years later I decided I needed new dentures, again I was still working many miles from home but the late opening hours at Warrington on a Tuesday were a bonus. The cheerful receptionists are a pleasure to deal with. Gary has a calm and confident demeanor and his many years of experience leave you in no doubt he's an expert in his field. The new dentures were a fantastic fit and the colour advice was spot on. The materials used for manufacture are of a far superior quality from other sets I have had. Staining after more than six years use is negligible and they still look like new, and that's from someone who doesn't have milk in their tea. Inevitably gums shrink and after six years Gary advised on a re-line. I'm now back working locally but did not hesitate to travel the 115 from Hull to Warrington for the work to take place. I was not disappointed and the same day service could not have been better or easier. When my current dentures are ready for replacement I know where I'll be heading.”
