“Very well put together book. Much easier to use than an online guide. Easy to follow. I was so relieved when the manual arrived as I am new to smartphones and had this expensive phone sitting in a box and found online manuals impossible to use. Well bound, fair price too. Thank you.”

“A very speedy delivery of a book that, hopefully, will help me get the most out of my new phone. I'm glad I opted for the spiral version as the pages lie open, freeing both hands to use the phone. “My wife hates having to look at manuals on a device while trying to learn how to use the device itself. She wants to have the manual in paper at her finger tips while using the device. To that end your service is invaluable. In this particular case she is unhappy with the people who wrote the manual but she is totally pleased with the job you did which is the printing, binding and shipping of the manual. Great job.”

“As is the normal nowadays when purchasing an electronic item such as a Smartphone - no User Manual - which I find a nightmare. After the initial panic as to how on earth am I supposed to cope without a hard copy I sourced the actual manual consisting of 214 pages, and then stumbled upon OTC online who undertake to provide a printed copy within a hard cover by return. I am very pleased with the result which was simple, fast and reliable. Many thanks - Wayne”
