Hello I will resend the manual in A4 size this will increase the text size making it easier to read. As for the contents this will be down to Motorola.

“The overall production of the manual is good, but the print size is too small for my normal reading purposes. “I needed the manual bec I didn't receive one with the phone. So I am basically happy that I now have it. The problem is that I find it difficult to read because the printing is too light and too small. I don't think I would purchase another one in the future.”

I am sorry the manual took a while to reach you. we use Royal Mail and towards the middle of January they suffered a cyber attack. This halted all international mail leaving the UK for a few weeks. As you can imagine there was a back log of mail to process and get through the system once they were up and running again. Unfortunately your order was held up by the back log.

“Your directions are a confusing to me. I use my new phone for just that calling and receiving calls mostly! It has so much of everything else........... that I'm over looked as a strate forward user, simple and uncomplicated in my usage!!! You need less "zigzag" and more straight forward directions. I would like to see more pictures as directions!! I have tried to delete my phone messages and your directions aren't that helpful. Can't delete!! Maybe having top asked-questions in the content page would be sooo helpful. The phone makers have dropped the ball by not making directions available to users of their new products! "Self-serve sucks." I'm thankful for your dealing with their problem they created and hope to see directions made simple for users like me. Thanks, cleoa25@comcast.net”
