“Very good to deal with but there are serious and irresolvable lip sync issues with the Beam that affect a wide range of TV makes and models. Research the Sonos community about the issue if you are considering the Beam for 5.1 surround sound.”

“This is first time ever ordered from Smart Home Sounds and I can say what an excellent service they provide, they were competitively priced and my Sonos play one came the very next day, the courier gave me an hour time slot in which it arrived. Excellent service and would be more than happy to use again.”

“I ordered 2 Play 1s for my kids using the bundle offer and I have to say from start to finish the service has been outstanding. “I already have lots of Sonos kit so know the product well. I just wanted a PlayBase to add to it. I've never bought any of it on-line before so this was a leap of faith. I'm glad I chose Smart Home Sounds. Service was Excellent. Fast ordering process, and a quick response to a question I asked about delivery. And the delivery service used (DPD) was excellent. They provided a slot time when it would arrive on Saturday and it actually arrived within the first four minutes of that delivery window. And of course the PlayBase is brilliant. “I received my order of a Rega Planar 1 and pre amp after a discussion with the helpline staff to advise me what was a suitable turntable for my Play5. There was a problem with the turntable but this was resolved within 24hrs and a replacement arrived at my door. Excellent service indeed.”

“""I've used Smart Home Sounds again to purchase a sub to go with the playbar and play 3's I bought a year ago. I cannot fault their service, once again I received my product less than 24 hours after purchasing and they were on hand to give me advice through their online chat with regard to the sonos 15% promotion. I have used other retailers in the past for sonos products but would only use Smart Home Sounds from now on as in my opinion their service cannot be beaten. I'm so pleased with my sub, I didn't believe it could make such a difference to an already great sounding set up. I cannot recommend it and Smart Home Sounds highly enough.”

“Contact with Smart Home Sounds via online contact page was greeted by a rapid response first thing involved he morning. My question answered by Jonathan. Easy online order process with added bonus of a fiver discount. Rega planar 1 and pre amp received via DPD this morning all connected to Sonos Connect and those Vinyl Albert ms sat tucked in the he corner of a spare room have been dusted off and shown the light of day again. Great service now enjoying Vinyl again throughout the house via Sonos”

“Amazing product and amazing service , came next day . The sound is so much better than my old 5.1 wired surround sound system , plus it's all wireless. Will continue to buy more sonos products to build up the whole system . I.e play 1s and sub etc but as it is , amazing ! 😊”

“I came across this site whilst searching for the Sonos speakers range. I utilised the online chat and connected to Richard. He was professional, friendly and gave me the advice I needed. He also price matched any speaker for me. Delivery was fast and the Sonos is amazing.”
