“The service from Smart Home Sounds was excellent. I bought a Sonos speaker and compatible turntable. It would be good to feedback to Pro-ject/Sonos that a clearer idea of the set-up would be enormously helpful. Once you've cracked it, you can see that it is in fact quite simple, but there are no useful instructions and it assumes a level of knowledge beyond someone just wanting to be able to play their old records! And btw, you don't need to send the extra cable, it's not necessary for that model and adds to the confusion even though I'm sure you were trying to be thorough and helpful! Nevertheless, full marks for website and dispatch etc - very efficient thank you..”

“I Stumbled across this website when looking for a new turntable. I had never heard of the company before so was nervous about ordering. I'm glad I did! I used the chat function before placing my order and they were very helpful. I then placed my order and it arrived the next day as promised even during the christmas/new year holidays.
