I ordered spray sealer in black and received normal sealer I even have an email confirming I had ordered spray sealer but looking at the website you have 2 products on one page you are given a choice of colours 2 of which are normal sealer but this is not made clear so I received the wrong sealer this is very poor

Your website clearly states free next day delivery on orders over £50.00. I ordered well before the 3.00pm cut off time on Friday & was assured by my your employee that my order would be with me by Monday. On phoning your office, you now tell that this is not guaranteed & that my order must have missed the collection. Very poor

I placed 2x orders before the 3pm next day deilivery deadline i then received half of the second order the following day then received the ther half of the second order the very next day but still have not received the first order very poor service.

manchester urmston base has to be the worst place to go to , i ordered a 1 ltr laquer kit , 3weeks later still not bothered to order in for me , i asked if its worth waiting . the answer was its up to you !

Only gave you one star because you answered phone. Wanted price of electric da sander and water separator. Nice lady said we will get on it and ring you back soon. 3 days later not a call just ignored this has happened before wt similar enquiries. Just no response. And we at swale autos catrick could spend quite a lot of money on a regular basis

Not replying on emails. When cancelled order After 2 weeks the item arrived although I bought it elsewhere no refund issued... Not recommend this seller!

We since understand that the goods have been delivered, we can supply a full refund once you return the order back to us. Hi Paul - apologies for sending the wrong tinter. This as you know was quickly rectified, with a replacement sent free of charge and you didn't have to return the incorrect product. Sadly sometimes human error can happen, and we're obviously disappointed that despite taking positive steps, which you agreed with to resolve the situation you still rated our service as you have.
