“The Sleep12 team were very helpful, very quick to respond to enquiries and kindly resent me information I had mislaid. I have been very impressed with the company, they have supplied information in a timely manner and it was so nice to have a person at the end of the phone instead of an automated system. “Like - Easy booking and prompt efficient service. Didn't like - When I requested extra bedding, I immediately received an email threatening me with cancellation because of an unpaid amount of £30 out of a total paid of over £3100.”

“Well, what an absolute gem! Berry House surpassed all our expectations in every way. A stunning location with plenty to occupy us, inside & out. Can highly recommend Matthew of Bird Hill Days whose excellent tuition & patience ensured Clay Pigeon success for all participants. Ella Lawrence transformed the dining room into a restful salon space for nails, facials & massage to be enjoyed - much appreciated. Flora Bartlett’s calm control of the kitchen ensured the perfect Celebration Dinner on our family weekend for a 40th Birthday get together. The house is spacious & comfortable with tasteful decor & interesting features. The swimming pool & cinema space are inspired additions - adored by the grandchildren! We appreciated the comfortable beds & lovely warmth throughout such a large house on a chilly December weekend. It was a pleasure to meet Will, the owner, who is a most approachable person & provided helpful advice on local travel conditions. I’m sure we’ll be back, so much to enjoy here.”

“Amazing beautiful place to stay, everything you need is there. We all had a fantastic time using the games room and the lovely swimming pool with beautiful views from there. It is such an amazing place, so clean and welcoming. It was perfect for our family celebrating a 60th birthday. Would definitely recommend it for a family holiday. Also had a delicious lemon cake left for.”

“We used this fabulous property for my 60th birthday celebration. It worked really well with plenty of en-suite accommodation for the extended family and comfortable communal areas for getting everyone together. We took full advantage of the games room, hot tubs and disco in the cellar. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and made the place look magical. Plenty of things to do and see in the vicinity - we walked to the Major Oak in Sherwood Forest while others in our party had a day trip to nearby Lincoln. David and Gair are fantastic hosts and will help you make the most of your time at the venue.”
