Absolutely DISGUSTING behaviour from Naomi in customer service. I needed new batteries for the remote for the electric blinds and now she is holding them hostage unless I amend my review and LIE stating that the blinds work perfectly. In the 2 months we have had them the blinds have broken 3 times - we bought a new blind and cannot even install it because their installation guides look like a toddler drew them up in school. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Hi Mia I am so sorry that you feel this way. The blinds that you are refering to are over 4 years old and bought by the previous owner of your house. We have tried to help you even though the blinds are out of warranty and not bought by you (our warranties are not transferrable). We offered to send you out 2 x batteries free of charge at our expense to Sweden and asked you to revise your review kindly as you are the first person who has said that "our instructions look like they have been written by a toddler". We feel we have been very helpful and polite and we have gone above and beyond and it has not been recipricated. Awful. Breaks all the time, expensive to replace. Your videos and documents explaining how to install appear as if a child has created them for his own toys. As soon as I can I will be replacing these.

I bought a skylight blind and unfortunately doesnt fit great. I informed the company and sent them pictures but no response. The blind gets stuck when opening and closing.

I'm a disabled pensioner who originally phoned for help and guidance; your assistant was quite unhelpful, didn't know what I was talking about and simply referred me to your web site to select what I wanted from a picture. Waited 3 weeks for two (quite expensive) blinds to arrive and they wouldn't fit the interior contours of the window frames. Called for help and was asked to send photo after photo with measurements, all of which carried on for a week. I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager or the "boss" and all was denied. Finally I gave up and called a local window fitter/carpenter who made physical changes to the wooden frames to enable fitment of the blinds. That cost me an additional £200. Would I ever use your firm again - NO. Would I ever recommend your firm to others - NO. Very disappointed and extremely frustrated with the whole scenario.

The people I spoke to were very helpful and were able to resolve problems with measurements. After I had ordered and paid for the blind they told me that I would be kept informed of progress which unfortunately I wasn't. The only information I got was from DPD to say that my blind would be delivered on 11th July, which it wasn't. I am now more than £100 out of pocket with no resolution

So sorry Mary The blind was going to France to your neighbour's house which according to GPS from DPD was delivered. The signature was illegible so as a goodwill gesture we offered to do a remake. I am so sorry that remake has got stuck in the computer system somewhere and has not been dispatched yet. Apologies again The remake should leave by the end of next week and you should have it the week commencing 31st July. I am so sorry for all the inconvenience.
Do not use this company. I bought blinds that don't fit because hidden in one of the 9 emails they've sent since I ordered them is information that extra lips are added. They can't help any further and the advice I was given was just to saw off the extra bits. I'll be sticking to blindsdirect.co.uk as I've never had an issue with them. Shocking. Obviously if they reply to this it will say that they gave all the information, but 9 emails (and still going) for 1 product, who is actually going to read all of that.....

Hi Michael as per our previous emails, I am so sorry but you did not read any of the measuring or fitting information regarding the bespoke product you bought. We offered to make you a remake at 50% discount which you refused. I am really sorry but in this case I don't think we have done anything wrong. Kind regards Naomi

Sorry Christine as per our emails you ordered GGL 6 blinds but you actually have GGL MK06 windows (which are totally different) This is why they are wrong. We will raise a customer services ticket so you can send the wrong blinds back and in the meantime if you want to re-order the correct size GGL MK06 that would be great. Many thanks Naomi
Despite me carefully measuring the opening for the blind,( which showed a narrower measurement at the bottom than the top),and reporting this on the order form, Skylight blinds sent a blind which the top width and I was not impressed.uniform width from top to bottom. The result was it would not fit the opening. For various reasons sending it back was not an option and significant additional work was required to make the blind fit. I

On this occasion we were sent out a faulty blind

They delivered grey blinds instead of the white ones we ordered. When we asked for a replacement or a refund they told me grey is equal to white, to them, for this type of blinds. The item title and content was clearly saying white. Well, what else can I say. Then they told me the pictures are for illustration purposes only (is that a cheap way to lie to customers or not?) and I should order a free sample before I order the items. Well in that case why did you not notify me from the beginning that your item is not really white but grey, to not make an order but send me first me a sample? I am mislead, I've spent £300 they pocketed and that's it. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 clearly states content must be as described by the seller. I have got no time and no courage to deal with scums and an unprofessional company. Even my legal expenses and the trouble are not worth it, and they know it. Have you ever dealt with Amazon customer service? Well, that's the total opposite. You've lost a customer, you got a review and pocketed £300. Well done.

Your blurb said delivery will be in 18 days after order. You are now saying delivery will be made in six weeks. Not impressed, in fact I am becoming suspicious of your company. I have received a request for a review of your products and service and you don’t know you haven’t delivered yet. Capiche?

Hi Peter We are so sorry about the delay
Save yourself time and hassle and order from somewhere else. The samples took almost 3 weeks to be delivered. We then ordered the blind, but it took 10 working days to be delivered. After waiting 10 working days, they delivered the wrong blind! We were told the replacement blind would be dispatched in 3-5 working days. It is now the 6th working day and no dispatch email. From ordering the sample to receiving the correct blind, it will be over 7 weeks!!

So sorry Carl It looks like we have an error with a code at the back end of the site I am sorry this has caused so much inconvenience.
Website is very misleading, poor customer service. The blind slide rails fall 3mm short and there is daylight coming in. Post office confirmed returns address is not registered on their system, therefore how do I know £9 paid will ensure it’s signed for by Bloc Blinds ?

Hi Clare so sorry about your experience. We do mention on every page of the website that sells blinds for Keylite windows that our blinds are not compatible with windows with T or P prefix.
